I know Dumbledore wouldn't come up with that idea but he at least should consider spending some small portion of his wealth to solve that problem instead of focusing on influencing the schools. He needs a more short term solution to combat the purges in France.

Trying to be low key instead of the usual antics Chinese MC's come up with will serve him far better. Quiet and steady accumulation of resources is the way to go.

Cap's Serum is easily doable. The question is if he will settle for just that. There are still other kinds of serums (sentry's/extremis/bruce banner's etc) and you can also artificially add a X-gene. Why stop at just a little boost in power speed and stamina? One bullet would still kill him. In Marvel go big or go home.

Wow it is great to see an update again. It certainly came as a surprise. Since the original owner of the space ring was such a high level to use universal travel then it should also mean that there are lots of high level resources in the ring itself. Since the ring itself is still intact so should be the things inside.
