I truly enjoy reading novels with xianxia/xuanhuan elements, many people do in fact. Ironically, most people like these stories, because thousands of them feature an uncompromising tyrant as their MC, more often than not they are perverts, childish and petty, a brat basically.
I heavily dislike bratty/spoiled people, and therefore any stories with a Chinese setting, with a non-brat MC, is worth a read for me.
