DxD no harem [and Devil Peerage] is like Harry potter with no magic, Star Wars with no Force, X-Men with no mutants, One-piece with no oceans! The author of DxD would spit blood reading some of these portrayals of his art! I wont touch this trash! Oh well I do believe in freedom of speech but man could you do this story in Pokemon instead?

So a DXD story without harem is nice, but this author is strongly opinionated against perverts, harem and lust and is a proponent of the one true love concept and is forcing his opinion down your throat in a story which originally is predominantly about lust. I absolutely hate it when an author tries to force his point of view down my throat. The story is well written and would be fun to read but the author to me seems to try to push his agenda against common fanfic elements he dislikes in your face in a story which orginally is everything that she/he dislikes except for the fantasy elements.

Where is anything? If you weren't going to develop the DxD universe, then why did you mention this universe at all? Write a fanfic about Killer Reborn if you want. No, I'm not against traveling to other universes, but is this jammed into the main universe? Even his original world (Earth) was much better developed

You got stuck in the great trap of gamer fanfics, which is you’ve focused way too much on the gamer system and not enough on the actual story. You don’t need to fill your word count every chapter posting his stats.

I'll try to warn other readers that want to start reading this and I hope there will be people that see my review before going through the mental anguish I went through. I couldn't read past chapter 9 because the mc is retarded af. The premise of the story is that the mc is a soldier that died in the arms of his best friend. His wish is to get strong enough to be able to return to his original world and kill the god that wants to wipe out humanity so he can be able to live with his wife and newborn son. He gets reincarnated into Issei which gives him huge potential because of Ddraig, but the idiot goes to school and stops to watch anime and spend time with his new "family". I find this incredibly stupid, he has no idea how time passes between worlds, his time limit is extremely vague since he needs to wait for 3 people to pick him up to return home and kill god and instead he wastes his time with school and unimportant people. I understand the need to relax from time to time but wasting a lot of time stupidly while not knowing how much time he has just rubs me wrong. So for whoever thinks the same, you have this warning, plus the author has a huge problem of showing the status too many damn times, it ended up thrice in one chapter

Yikes, DxD and no Harem is absurd. Even the Author of DxD said that the anime was fanservice and it was practically battles of harem characters so just because of this I give yoy 3.8 review. Now I'm not saying I hate the Novel it is just the way it is for me. Massive Harems are not good, I understand but DxD and only one girl. something just does 't add up. you copied and character and world then cut all strings from said character and its plot, using almost no elements from the world or characters to enhance the story. all he does is talk to a Digimon and look at his stats.

I read some chapters, but well I can't continue it. no harem to me just ruins the whole concept of dxd and you also took issei's place. it's a really good work.
