I love this book. The female lead Ranran is a breath of fresh air. She is often misunderstood but she does not care. She actually lead a double live that leads her to the male lead, Young Master Chen. Chen is looking for her alternative personality - Lone Wolf (LW) but did not realise that LW is right under his nose and is actually the girl that has captured his interest.

Love the FL in this novel! Cold but not arrogrant, smart, decisive and doesnt take crap! .. each chapters leaves you wanting to more. Just as you think you can put the pieces of the story together another chapters throws you off and keep you guessing .. a great read to keep you on your toes.

Need someone who is lukewarm to most people, doesn't explain herself at all, and is prone to violent outbursts that can kill people, but is beautiful so everything is forgiven? Qin Ran can do that. THE ULTIMATE GARY STU. Need someone who's from the most powerful family in Beijing? The ML is who you want. Need someone who was in the army? The ML is who you want. Need someone who was in the police? The ML is who you want. Need someone who graduated with like five different degrees all before the age of 21? The ML is who you want. Need someone who is a medical expert and can cure literally anyone? The ML is who you want. Need someone who will ignore everyone else but inexplicably feel a draw to the FL? The ML is who you want. Indulge in the sheer ridiculousness of a story that makes you astonished that the FL merely writes the lyrics for a world famous pop-star and isn't actually the pop-star herself. An objectively low rating, but a fun read.

I’m really sad that this masterpiece is not getting enough attention and update stability is not really good. This is such a unique and amazing story and the character designs are as great as the story itself! Normally there would be sidekicks that you just find annoying but in this novel, all characters have detailed or at least reasonable backgrounds that support their actions. Also I have to say one more time that I’m literally in love with Ran Ran♥️♥️♥️

This story is interesting but the way the author went about it now makes it a little bit confusing that it most at times makes me feel tired reading it.

If this book does not win the trial read I’m going die😭😭😭. That’s how good it’s is. The plot and character development is awesome. The fl is bad ass and is probably my favorite so far. The only thing that I dont like is the whole sister drama. If it’s normal cuz I’m most Chinese stories they never get along. But I hope that they get along in the future. It seems impossible but whoever

Finish the free chaps and I still have no idea where the story is going. Either the translation is bad or the original is but the scenes shifts POV too often that leaves me confused. MC seems to be this OP girl who doesnt give a shkt about anything, no idea what her drive is.

I started reading this novel randomly but only after two chapters I was hooked. This was amazing. Truly. I would have given it 5 stars if they have used some distinct and non confusing names which will be easier to differentiate between the characters. However, the story is best. You should definitely try it.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I want this novel to be selected, so that I can read further chapters. 🙏🙏😍❤️❤️

Very interesting pacing. We are getting very little insight into MC’s thoughts and somehow that makes the story even more interesting. It’s a bit a of mystery on top of the building romance. Great characters.

After reading so may books on this platform, I had to try and promote this one. This is definitely not a sappy love book. Instead, you hardly get to read about the character's thoughts, leaving you to interpret their actions. This makes a world of a difference, but it's why I like it so much. The MC Qin Ran seems OP at times, however I like that she is depicted as being so smart. Unlike other novels, her actions do depict that she is intelligent. So far there has been no r*pe or characters "falling in love" in an instant, which is another plus to me. Give this novel a chance. You never know, you may like it.

Translation is poor and maybe coupled with the writing style makes it very difficult to read and flow. The plot is good but the translation and writing style makes is very jarring and confusing. The author is attempting an air of mystery but misses the mark and it ends up feeling draggy and contrived. Lacks the punch it was aiming for. Maybe it would be a different read it the translation was done professionally because it feels like a machine translation. Pity though because the plot feels very promising and the FL is unconventional. It feels almost like an she is a spy or undercover agent vs her love interest who is similarly like an undercover agent. I want to keep reading it for the plot but I’m getting more and more frustrated and will probably drop it due to the above reasons.

I LOVE THIS NOVEL SO MUCH!!!!!! I’ve read a lot of novels on here and they’re mostly the FL being betrayed by their sister and husband/boyfriend. The FL would be unable to do anything without the ML’s help BUT NOT THIS NOVEL! The ML is a genius but she keeps it hidden for some reason. I guess we’ll find out later and she is so bada**. I don’t usually swear but I feel like that’s the only way to describe her. She is the type of FL who doesn’t want trouble and keeps to herself but if you cross her, well, she face slaps you. She’s not scared of offending anyone because she’s a top person herself who also knows many people at the top

I wish the translation was done better. The quality of some parts seem like machine translations. It's too bad, because the story seems very interesting but the poor translation is too distracting!

I have read this book till Chapter 100 from another website. Plot and characterization is good. I dont know if it is the author or translator, there seems to be a disconnect between different scenes.

This the best female lead who is not mainly focused on taking revenge from sister and bf ....this is new and refreshing .... She doesn't care about her looks dressing she doesn't insult or redicules other ...I totally fell in love with her😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

I rated the stability of updating quite low, although that's a little unfair as the updates are very regular and on time, it just annoys me that so many more chapters have been written but we can't access them without privallage.

I think this book could be really really good, but I spend a lot of time rereading it because I'm constantly left confused wondering what happened.i don't know whether it's the style of writing or what but it makes it really difficult to understand. Other than this the book is really interesting and I quickly got hooked wanting to know what would happen next.
