The cover is a big no-no has a strong warding effect on any potential readers, or at the very least would prevent me from clicking it. I know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover but lets be real it's hard not too and i think just about everyone does it. So, maybe consider changing the cover. Just a suggestion.
I have to be sincere here. Since I grew up with Yu-gi-oh as they transmitted it on the tv, like others anime I watched when I was a kid, it’s a bit strange reading the plot of this novel. This a fan fiction focused on other aspects, different from the original anime. If you think about yugioh, you think about the cards and the duels, not about romantic relationships of this kind. But I always welcome new stuff e I think it could be interesting this type of fan fiction. I am curious about how the author will develop the story
While this 'particular' genre isn't really for me... the novel is very well written! The grammar is good and the story flows well. The MC does not succumb to your usual heroine cliches and feels unique. However, I feel like there have been slight deviations in the personalities of Kaiba and Mokuba. Some of their acts seem irregular, but then again it is an older time so they could have changed! Very well written!
