That being said though it has a lot of problems it’s still better developed then any other pokemon fanfic out there atm

Another flop in the story, with the kid Steev's current battle prowess, it's impossible for Lt. Surge to his Raichu against such a weakling, pretty sure he only needed to use his other pokemon to deal the "baby" that Steev is [img=thinking] And lastly, if it was Raichu, Bulbasaur might not get just injured but could have died instead [img=thinking]
