System Update, and Grandmaster!

Faer's POV

As soon as he walked in and started talking I noticed that he couldn't talk so I tried to move my head... I can't move.

"(Wait I can't move, me a Grandmaster CANT MOVE, WHAT HAPPENED TO MIKE)" I looked down to see mike able to move in fact he's looking at his system pannel.

"(Why can mike move? Did the world truly stop?)" I turned to see Arthur still as a rock. I guess I gotta ask 'her' later about this.

"(Wait... WHAT ARE THOSE BEASTS AROUND MIKE, THERES ABOUT 40 OF THEM!)" as I was freaking out I saw him touch one of the three behind a owl like behemoth of a monster.

A/N: these are all the behemoths in the game NORMAL versions though so nothing like a Kaltuga, but all the 1-50 escalation beasts in their respective element :)

As I stood up I heard Marks father behind me scream but I was more focused on his behemoth, and the frozen time "(WHAT WAS THAT!?)"

Mike's POV

As I touched the crystal I could see the world quickly turn gray and as I turned around I could see classmates frozen and Marks fire snake breathing fire but stuck in motion while doing it I noticed I was full of color when I looked down at my h-

*CHIRP* *ROAR* *SIZZLE*

Instantly my I turned around when my train of thought was interrupted I saw behemoths of various elements, some the same creature but a different element.

One I could see was a huge gorilla made of molten lava and rock, another was a giant frozen tiger with tusks of ice.

And I turned around to three behemoths which I considered my choices as a system window appeared and alerted me.

Now I could see tabs I could click on like Arthur told me. There were three options I could access. One was the Stats menu, of both Beast and Master. The second being the Constellation, and skill menu where you could access your constellation(s) and your guild. The third one being the Store menu, and like it says its a shop. Arthur never mentioned it so only I have it. The final one being the quest menu. Arthur told me it could only be used in a dungeon but for some reason I have three quests.

The first one is called 'The Elemental Dynamic' and it's to get the 7 different elemental behemoth's, the second one is the weekly quest Arthur told me about and it gives quest according to your job which you get randomly, all jobs aren't bad, some are just better than others, but unlike what Arthur told me it gives not only experience but something called 'System Points' which I'm pretty sure is used at the shop.

And the third one being to choose the three behemoth starting options. Skraev an owl like behemoth with blue eyes and blue like feather tips by the end of the brown feathers of its wings and the feathers on the butt of it. Another one being the Gnasher, a otter like creature with no arms but a long body, razor sharp teeth, and a big otter tail to complement it. The final one being a mixture of a possum, mole, and porcupine. It was the white underbelly, sharp spikes on the back and from what I can remember it can dig underground quickly despite it's size, or maybe that's the Shock like replica of it.

"Luckily it's the neutral element so the choice is obvious." Mike exclaimed quickly picking the Skraev because it has the most noticable evolution strength as it can evolve through either ice or fire twice. The Quillshot only has one evolution path but two evolutions and the Gnasher has three evolutions but their different paths, kinda like the Tyrogue of 'Dauntless'.

Mike checked and found that his normal 10 status points in every stat doubled resultingbin each stat being a level of 20 now.

A/N: the Stats being Physical for, muscle strength, Vitality for health, Constitution for physical defense and stamina, Dexterity for reaction speed and speed, Intelligence for Magical Defense and Damage, and Wisdom which is the only stat not normally increased that's not a unique stat like Holy power and Force, and it requires the mental increase of the systems host which increases the hosts mental fortitude vise versa.

His talent was 'System update', and the rest being an empty constellation slot and his beasts stats. Skraev had the skill wind blade, and the passive skill accelerated flight which increased it's flight speed by 20%.

He then checked the shop panel and it showed that he did have a total of 500 points from the shop and a starter kit in inventory that seemed only he could access as a sub panel as there were still baggage 'slaves' around. In the shop he could see options to buy both tonics and behemoths but nothing he can afford besides a stamina tonic and 2 health pots respectively.

"I think it's time to head back now." As soon as he said that he was back but as he turned around the whole courtyard was stunned to see a huge owl in possession of Mike but knew better than to question it as he was not only one of the 'three City Lords' child but also the succesor to the city of Dai.

With the appearance of of the Skraev Mike had summoned, the beast processing machine in the control room had no idea what this beast of a beast was.

"Heh~ seems class this year will be more interesting huh General Zor, especially since the main character is the son of our fellow Grandmaster!?" Said a petite, white, and short stature man with with white hair, beard, eyebrows, and cane said.

"Of course, but I still won't be easy on him when he is the 'Main Character' of today's beast summoning okay Old man Zhou." Firmly said by a middle aged woman who was seemingly flaunting her figure without even wanting to, even the guards beside them were mesmerized by her red hair and big 'character'.

"We also got to talk to him about all those other beasts when time froze, you think the city lord saw them as well?" Said the old man Zhou while stroking his beard.

Mike's POV

"OKAY EVERONE I KNOW WERE ALL EXITED OVER A HUGE NEW MONSTER BUT NOW ONTO THE PRESIDENT"

As the intercoms cut off the awakening stone and it's area was taken down or the floor below it was, and up after I stepped down Abigail walked up and started questioning me.

"Wow Mike your pet is huge what species is it, does it fly, can I fly with you!"

"It's a Skraev and it's a behemoth type monster and yes it can fly a-and if you wan-" I said embarrassed and as I was talking I was interrupted by a very convenient placed butler.

"AHEM! Young Master Mike, your father wanted to see you youll be able to fly with young misses Abigail another time come along now.

"What about my fight with Mark?"

"Don't worry he has some 'family problems' going on now." This left Mike confused as he walked, but in the background their was a woman with a fairy who was noticeable jealous.

"Mean master Mike how could he just betray me like that!" Said a annoyed Michell Artena.
