New Born

As of right now I have been reincarnated into my favorite game as a low level mob known as a salamander, and I even got a guide who told that if I wanted to go back to my world I would need to complete the game

Considering this game is an rpg it should be basically impossible to complete this game but when I played this game I was known as a player who could make the impossible possible, now you might be wondering who am I and also how I got into this situation

Well in the game I was known as AceOfSpades ranked #1 on the worldwide leaderboard and outside of the game I was Oliver a robotics engineer who was known to be particularly good at coding now that my interdiction is over let me tell you how I got here

I have no idea that's right I have zero clue as to how I got here but I do know that before this i was out drinking with some of my friends because I had recently gotten a raise, after about 5 or 7 beers I was thoroughly drunk I think I tried to flirt with some and got rejected after that my friends took me home and put me on my bed after that I just woke up here

Anyways right now I'm just a baby I can barely see anything and feel sleepy all the time the only reason I know that I'm a salamander and crap is because the guide told me, for now I should just try to grow up properly the most annoying part about this is that I don't have anyone to take care of me like where are my parents, did they abandoned me or something

the guide advised me that normally new born salamanders eat the eggs they come out of to survive it also told me that as of right now I basically couldn't do anything, I hated the idea of eating the egg that I was literally born in and also the fact it would taste like shit

but after a while of not eating and become extremely hungry I started to eat the egg slowly at first but after a couple seconds I started speeding up as it turns out my taste buds had also changed and even though it still didn't taste good it was ok, kind of like most fast food not really that good but good enough

After a while I have eaten about 1/5th of the egg I was born from, did I mention I was small like I'm talking like only a little bigger then the egg I was hatched from, anyways after I finished I became incredibly sleepy even though I wanted to stay awake for a bit longer i was eventually forced to sleep

17 hours later

When I woke up I noticed that my body was very different it seemed to have grown a ton while I was asleep, I also noticed that my vision had returned to normal and it wasn't super blurry anymore, I asked the guide about it and it explained that salamanders actually only took about a week to fully mature which was super convenient

It also warned me that my food and water supply was gone run out soon as I would have to eat a lot more to grow even more so I of course decided to stay in my little hole thing like a neck beard

Look I don't want to die I checked my stats and let's just say I'm worse then a level 10 player, and I know for a fact that I can't even kill a orc right now, though for now it would be a good idea to check my surroundings

As I got out of my little hole home I could see that I was in a very rocky area I started looking around and after a bit I came to the conclusion I was in a canyon like are and it looks like it's next to a desert

A canyon is a weird place for a salamander to be because well the only canyon in the game was an level 40+ area so if a salamander was to somehow get here they would die almost instantly after my observation I went back in my hole and started planning what to do

Couple minutes later

Ok for now I will be a magic user as I already have access to magic, and let's just say magic is very good in the early game but first I should try my best to escape escape this place as in the game the canyon is pretty close to the desert of flames aka the natural habitat of the salamanders and where I can start leveling up, that's gone happen in the future and as of right now I'm just gone chill and eat my food

Over the period of about a day nothing really notable happened except the fact I got a better visual of where I was, some monster passing by my hole and also my food supply running out

After a while I finally built up the courage to get out of my hole and get out of this place, but it's better to be safe then sorry so I asked my guild to teach me magic which was an easy process as unlike humans who would take at least a week to learn the basics even if they were talented, monsters like me are born with magic and use it almost instantly after being born to strengthen our body's and stuff like that even if we're not aware of it

Anyways after learning all of the other basics like how to feel mana I finally moved onto the next level aka actually using spells which was way harder as it took me about an hour to finger out, it turns out the key to this was to let my instincts take over and then imitate my instincts allowing me finally use basic fire magic

After that I quickly went outside my hole and started climbing the canyon, as it turns out salamanders are actually pretty good at climbing which was perfect for this situation

After what felt like hours I was almost done with the clime I was extremely exhausted and was feeling very dizzy but even with all of that I was able to doge the attack that was about to hit me

I turned back to look at my attacker and just as I thought one of the few flying enemy's in the desert area a blood vulture, a creature known to bath in the blood of its pray always seen with a thick layer of blood on it that protects it from physical damage, too bad it's doesn't have nah defense to magic damage

As I breathe heavily while looking at my attacker I said to my self "I only got about 2 shots at this so I got to make sure they could" as I finished talking to myself the blood vulture let out a cry and started attacking me, I was barely able to doge the flurry of attacks but even with that I was able to remain calm and analyze the vulture's attacks

And after a couple seconds of it constantly attacking me I was able to find out that I mostly used its beak to go for insta kill shots but rarely it would go for a kind of grab/bite move it most likely wanted to move me somewhere else so it wouldn't have any competition for my corpse, too bad i won't let it even get opportunity to kill me

After a second or so it tried to grab me again so I made sure got my tail after that I detached my tail and grabbed onto the canyon wall before attacking the vulture with a fire ball right to its head I was able to do this as the vulture was stunned by how fast I did all of these actions and still had its attention on my tail with was still moving on its beak

Even after that though I could see that the vulture while injured had not give up it seamed to be extremely angry and was quickly coming towards me at extreme speeds with hatred in its eyes looking like it was ready to end me, of course I wasn't gone let that happen so I started to create a fire ball this time I charged it up a bit more and before the vulture could even notice because of its anger I shit it and this time it couldn't fly up anymore

"Holy crap I actually did it, wait what am I saying of course I did it I wasn't ranked #1 in the world for nothing" I said as I began to laugh hysterically, after that I used all of my remaining mana to strength my arms and pull up jumped

I was then greeted by a bunch of sand and the guide telling me that I had assisted in killing the vulture and would be rewarded soon, which I was surprised at as I had only managed to do enough damage to it that it couldn't pursue me anymore

After that I went a little closer to the canyon and after squinting a bit I was able to see another lizard like creature eating the vulture hole it created me out a little so I decided to just go next to one of the many rocks at the top of the canyon and rest there

After that I stated thinking about my situation a bit more not about my reincarnation as I had made peace with it a long time ago but why there was a blood vulture here and also how it was actually pretty weak

First of all blood vultures were meant to actually be vary close to the salamanders in lore the vulture consisted the salamanders basically cattle as they were like 3 times stronger then the salamanders, so it also confused me how I was able to disable a vulture with only 2 fire balls, the second fire ball was just there to distract it so I could sneak away

"Well for now I should worry mor-" and then it hit me the insane amount of pain that I was using adrenaline to run away from as it finally caught up to me I felt like I was gone pass out due to the pain but before I did I got a message for the guide telling me that the system was fully loaded and that I had leveled up, with that I was at my limit and soon passed out
