Infront of me was Cassie, who was approaching me with small steps, with the help of her cane. Her naked lithe pale body was enchanting under the darkness blanketed by the labyrinth.

"I-it's done, H-hàorán." Cassie replied from behind breaking me from my inner thoughts. She still was embarassed about the previous situation, so she kept silent afterwards after informing me. "That's good, we should depart. Nephis is nearby just a couple kms ahead, I was able to find her with the help of aspect."

Cassie was shocked about how Hàorán informed her about his aspect in a nonchalant manner. She couldn't help but smile thinking, he trusted her to announce his secrets openly. She already had a crush over Hàorán from the beginning who helped her to crack her shell during her gloomy phase.

But she lacked confidence and self-esteem to confess her crush cuz of her eyes, the day Nightmare Spell took away her eyesight was the day her self-confidence plummeted. She feared that he wouldn't reciprocate her feelings because of her eyes, this bitter feeling was always gnawing at her heart making it harder for her to confess.

But she wasn't aware that the person himself had a favourable opinion on her. The day he saw her made his heart, beat with a note. He couldn't help but become sad looking at the gloomy girl which sat alone still on her bench like a mannequin. Unknowingly he had begun to approach her and wanted her to help even a little.

The regular interaction which made the girl bloom into a flower was deep etched in his memories. It was akin the fate itself bought them together.

Starting from her emotionless face to budding smile, even though their interaction went over for 20 days, both had a mutual understanding of each other. Her gentle smile which was akin to the blooming flower petals of spring always made his heart skip a beat. Watching her smile made his entire day contented as if she was his lucky charm.
