Advice for WN Authors

Advice for WN Authors

Aight bois. This is coming from an author and a reader: most of y'all's writing sucks. Readers shouldn't have to turn their brains off to enjoy your writing... That's just forcing them to be a zombie and mindlessly passing time by, ain't no enjoyment there. So in case you couldn't tell already, this will be very blunt. Thus, here's some things to keep in mind as you read. 1. If you're just going to hear and not listen, skedaddle. Hearing is having it go through one ear and out the other, listening is paying attention and making the effort to understand. 2. Toss your pride away. Yeet it across the ocean. I've seen sooo many authors unable to take constructive criticism and INSIST on improper grammar because they couldn't admit they did something wrong. 3. If you think your writing is good, then it's terrible. Simple. Reason: If you think your writing is good, then you stop looking for ways to improve it and it stagnates. Even the best of the best authors (on wn and traditional books) have room for improvement so don't be like "ah it's good enough" or "there's no where else to improve." 4. Don't listen aggressively. I.e. listening only to find faults in what the person says and use it disprove their claim. One example is waiting for your opponent to make a grammar mistake. This is different from debate tactics to lead your opponent into logical trap and use their fallacies they accidentally left behind to invalidate everything they said. It's hard to notice, but the main difference is that someone who listens aggressively is no longer open minded or calm. They're usually narrow minded and stubborn to admit they're wrong in those moments and are very easy to manipulate bc they're blinded so ye. Did I leave some traps within the logic presented here? Maybe. Don't be an idiot and you won't have to find out. Side note: apologies if this boi comes off as ranting, bc it is. The average wn quality is on par with mtl childrens books, which is infuriating bc now there's hardly anything good left to read.

The Villainess Now Has the Whole Galaxy on Their Knees

The Villainess Now Has the Whole Galaxy on Their Knees

Sophie Wexler transmigrated into a novel about The Galaxy, becoming the vicious, F-rank Healer-class cannon fodder. The original owner constantly caused trouble and made things difficult for the female lead, earning her the hatred of the entire internet. Upon transmigrating and seeing that everything had been ruined by the original owner, Sophie's only thought was: "What kind of nightmare start is this?!" To escape the original owner's fate, Sophie Wexler worked diligently, conducted herself conscientiously, stayed away from the male and female leads, compensated the soldiers harmed by the original owner, and strove to be a model citizen of The Galaxy, absolutely refusing to be the cannon fodder 'offed' by the Imperial Marshal! Broke and powerless, Sophie also had to support a man who'd been innocently dragged into the original owner's mess. She had no choice but to hustle. She started live streaming, became a masked singer, and held concerts. At first, netizens were scornful: 【Tsk, how good can she possibly sound?】 Later, the netizens were forced to eat their words. 【Damn, that's so good I'm on my knees!】 【What the hell, the violent episode of my Disorder Period has actually been soothed?!】 【The toxins in my Spiritual Sea have actually been eliminated!】 Her live streams went viral, the masked singer became a huge sensation, and tickets for her concerts were snapped up across The Galaxy. Sophie was content, thinking, "This time, I must have finally escaped the original owner's fate, right?" But what do you know, the man I've been doting on and supporting is actually the Imperial Marshal?! --- One day, Yancey Forrest came home to find that the boisterous person who was always claiming to be good to him was gone. His eyes darkened. Provoke me and then think you can leave? After catching her, Yancey traced his fingertips along Sophie's neck, smiling gently. "Why run?" Sophie trembled. "You... you're the Imperial Marshal?" His identity exposed, Yancey Forrest took her hand and slowly placed it on his own neck ring. "You know I won't kill you, don't you?"

What are the authors of biographies?
I recommend " Douluo: My Princess Consort Is a Spy ". The author is Yu Dashuai. It's a fantasy oriental fantasy. The story was interesting. The character Qian Renxue had infiltrated the Heaven Dou Empire, and the male lead Xue Haochen had other special characters. The Legend of the Wizard had to be recommended. The author was troublesome. This was a virtual online game novel. It talked about the author's personal experience playing the Legend of Mir 2. There was no cliché content like transmigration and rebirth. It was filled with memories of playing the Legend of Mir 2 back then, such as PK fanaticism, excitement of getting equipment, friendship, and so on. Those who had played the Legend of Mir 2 after the 1980s felt a sense of immersion after reading it. It was a realistic game novel. Those who had played the Legend of Mir 2 must read it. It was a five-star recommendation. " The Legend of Mages II " was not bad either. It was a companion story that told the legend from another perspective. The Legend of Behemoth was also quite good. The writing board was written in the fantasy, mysterious, and fantasy genre. The Old Devil had transmigrated into a behemoth and a half-Naga and was doing very well in the other world. It was a classic fantasy with first-class writing. Although there were some minor problems at the end, it did not affect the overall situation. It was worth reading for fantasy fans. Who are the authors of biographies?
I recommend " Legend of the Wizard ". The author is troublesome. This was a virtual online game novel. It was about the author's personal experience in playing the Legend of Mir 2. There were no flashy things like transmigration and rebirth. Commemorating the PK fanaticism, the excitement of getting equipment, and the friendship of the Legend of Mir 2. It was like reliving the past. It was a must-watch for those who played the Legend of Mir 2 after the 1980s. It was a five-star recommendation. Its sister novel," The Legend of the Mage II," was not bad either. It had a different perspective and told the story of the little fatty growing up in the legend. Like the previous novel, it included personal experiences and so on. It was suitable for readers who had feelings for the legend. 'The Psychiatrist of a Certain Spell' was a light novel written by Mr. Ji. In the story, Quan Qinghe gave Xia Youjie psychological treatment, and the protagonist's ability was like the mini version of Lan Ran's Ethereal Mirage. This was the story of the Curse Doujinshi. The protagonist was a psychologist in a high school, and he corrected the unhappiness and mistakes in the Curse. However, it was a little preaching. Those who were interested in the curse could take a look at the free part. "Douluo: My Princess Consort Is a Spy" was a fantasy novel written by Marshal Yu. The story revolved around Qian Renxue's spy in the Heaven Dou Empire, with Xue Haochen and many other characters. " Endless Judgement of the Heavens " was a novel written by Daotian Shenghen.CS. The young man from Earth was selected by the system and relied on the power absorption technique to absorb power from the myriad worlds and judge the storyline characters. Read more exciting novels for free

Which authors wrote better biographies?
As a fan of online literature, I don't have any personal preferences, and I can't be right. However, I can tell you something that you can choose according to your interests and preferences. For example, if you like literature, then the biography of Cao Xueqin, the author of Dream of the Red Chamber, might be helpful to you. At the same time, if you like history, then the biography of Luo Guanzhong, the author of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, is also worth reading. In addition, if you like science fiction, then the biography of Liu Cixin, the author of The Three-Body Problem, is also worth reading. In short, reading biographies of famous people required one to make their own choices and explore them in order to truly feel their value.

The term " offshoot " referred to the supplement or explanation of a certain work or event. It might not be directed at a specific person or period, but an analysis or explanation of the entire history or culture. Three characteristics of biographies
Biography literature usually had the following three characteristics: 1. Truthfulness: The purpose of biographies is to record and convey a person's life and career, so it usually emphasizes authenticity. The authors of biographies would try their best to collect and organize relevant documents to restore the true appearance of historical figures. Authority: Biography is usually considered an authoritative literary work because it is usually written by an authoritative scholar, expert, or historian. These authors would usually quote a large amount of literature and historical facts to support their views and writing content. 3. Personalization: Biography literature usually focuses on recording and conveying the personalities and characteristics of historical figures. Because the purpose of biographies is to let people understand the true thoughts and behaviors of historical figures, it usually tries to avoid using general terms and describe the personalities and experiences of historical figures in as much detail as possible.
