Qinghai Lake was about 3196 meters above sea level, and altitude sickness could occur above 3000 meters above sea level. Moreover, Qinghai Lake belonged to the plateau area, so altitude sickness might still occur in the future. Altitude sickness is a disease caused by environmental changes such as lack of oxygen and cold climate. It is difficult for the body to adapt to high altitudes, causing discomfort symptoms and abnormal changes in functional metabolism. The air in Qinghai Lake area is thin and the partial pressure of oxygen is low, which can affect the gas exchange and blood oxygen concentration in the body, resulting in insufficient oxygen supply, which causes altitude sickness due to lack of oxygen. The main symptoms include dizziness, fatigue, headache, nausea, vomiting, chest tightness, and short of breath. Read more exciting novels for free

You might want to ask about the three pools that reflect the moon in West Lake, Hangzhou. The three pools reflecting the moon was one of the ten scenic spots of the West Lake in Hangzhou. It was known as the "first scenic spot of the West Lake". It was located in the southwest waters of the West Lake, also known as "Little Yingzhou". It was famous for its water-based gardens and moon-viewing. It included the three stone pagodas on the south side of the island and the Little Yingzhou. It was the largest island in the West Lake scenic area, covering an area of 7.67 hectares. The Three Pools Mirrors the Moon was built in the Song Dynasty. In the fifth year of Yuanyou of the Northern Song Dynasty (1090), Su Shi built three pagodas as a symbol when he governed the West Lake, and the three pools printed the moon. During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, a series of constructions formed the "Little Yingzhou". During the Yongzheng and Guangxu years of the Qing Dynasty, there were repairs and renovations. There were many beautiful legends here. One theory was that after a candle was lit in a hollow cave, the reflection of the water would appear on the surface of the lake like the moon imprinted in the water, hence the name. There was also a legend that the water god of West Lake, Qian Tang, planted three pearls to cure his mother's eye disease and turned them into bright moons to illuminate the center of the lake. The three pools reflecting the moon were also known as the "Three Yuan Pool." In addition, on the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the moonlight shone through the thin paper pasted on the entrance of the cave and shone on the five equally-spaced round holes arranged on the spherical body. The holes were printed into the lake, showing many moons. It was difficult to distinguish between real and fake, and the night scene was very charming. It was also the background picture of the one-yuan note. There were many scenic spots on the island, such as the Nine Lion Stone, the Open Net Pavilion, the My Heart Pavilion, the Nine Winding Bridge, the Three Pools Moon Imperial Stele Pavilion, etc. The cultural landscape was concentrated at the northern end of the island. During the day, you can take a boat to visit the island from many docks.
