bab penolakan nessa

Cecily adalah gadis kurus tanpa teman. Namun, seperti semua gadis lainnya, dia mendambakan cinta sejati.

Nessa is a young paranoid girl who has no time for useless romance and cares about no-one but herself and her family. She's given a seemingly harmless gift which ends up changing her world as she knows it. Literally. Stuck in a different world with nothing but her wits and her brother, Nessa struggles to complete a game and escape a world filled magic, monsters and self made villains so she can return to reality. She soon finds out that this is indeed more than just a game and she was nothing more than a pawn in the hands of people far stronger than she was. Warning: Despite the fact that the mc is female, she's neither a hero nor a villain. She's the most paranoid and untrusting person you might ever meet. So if you're looking for a story where the mc swooshes in to save the day every single time, I'm sorry this is not your read. Release Rate: One chapter per day Aim: To write a story my fans would love. I'd really love to know if I'm doing just that so, assuming you're reading this story, would yiu dropping a review when I hit the fiftieth chapter. *Author bows and drops his mic or pen or fingers...whatever* Thanks. Starting from the twentieth chapter there would be clues in the Author's thought, that gives minor spoilers to events in the future.

The past should never be forgotten. "I see myself in you, but I don't want that monster controlling you," Elise finally reveals, her gaze no where in this world. Priscilla shifts uncomfortably, her mind working to decide if what she was hearing could be true. Her heart racing signaling her inner fear and she swore anyone heard it from six feet away but that did not worry her much. What caught all her attention was this: "Love is a strange game, sometimes with two sides to the coin and sometimes nobody needs to hear the side of your story," she continued. "Granma, I don't know what you are talking about." You could tell the confusion on her innocent face, the innocent soul that did not know had a monster living in her. A monster that she was nurturing unawares, slowly growing inside her and would soon be ready to devour. The monster that would make her wish she'd go back in time and reconsider her life choices but could not because it would be too late. But I, I was here. Torture is real and if she was going to go through what I went through, I swear I would go crazy. "Granma?" I sighed before rising up to leave, sadness and grief taking over my fierce self and instantly making me vulnerable. "You know nothing, Priscilla."
