A classroom case of whispering (For example, a third grade student, Xiao Ming, repeatedly whispered to his classmates in class and disturbed the classroom order. The teacher gave Xiao Ming a verbal warning and a short meditation punishment)** "Little Ming, you are a child full of energy and curiosity. This is your advantage. However, he needed to focus on listening in class. Not only would whispering distract him, but it would also affect the students around him. The punishment this time is to hope that you can recognize the importance of abiding by classroom discipline and learn to restrain yourself. I believe that you have the ability to concentrate in class and actively participate in learning in the future. You will become a good example of self-discipline for the students." ** 2. Cheating in exams (For example, a fifth-grade student, Xiao Hong, was found cheating in an exam, and the teacher asked Xiao Hong to publicly reflect on it in the class and give corresponding disciplinary action)** "Xiao Hong, honesty is a very precious quality, especially in studies and exams. Fighting is a very serious violation of discipline. Not only would this hurt others, but it would also destroy the harmonious atmosphere on campus. If the main points of comment and recommendation were from the perspectives of the work's expression technique, character characteristics, writing technique, artistic value, moral, and so on, and the quote of the original text was limited to the above-mentioned points of view, and the amount of quote was not too much, it generally constituted a reasonable use and did not violate the copyright (similar to the way the language class commented on the work). If the main purpose was to explain the specific content (plot) of the work, such as "watch it quickly","finish watching it in a few minutes...", etc., reproducing the main content of the work might constitute a replacement of the original work, causing some viewers to stop watching the original work after watching the recommended video. This situation might constitute an copyright violation. If a video clip was made to recommend a novel, it would not be considered an copyright violation if it was not for the purpose of commercial realization. If it involved realization but did not apply for authorization, it would be an copyright violation. Read more exciting novels for free
