luca makes some new rules

The 'luca graphic novel' is special because of its art. The drawings can show the emotions of the characters really well. For example, you can easily see Luca's excitement in his expressions.

Since the only information we have is 'luca is a gay story', Luca could be anyone. Maybe he's a young man who has just discovered his sexual orientation and is navigating the world around him. He might be facing difficulties at school, at home, or in his social circle because of being gay. It's also possible that he's an older character who has a long history of relationships and is now reflecting on his life as a gay person.

The 20 new rules were real. These regulations were arranged and discussed by many departments and were officially promulgated by the State Council. These regulations were the optimization and improvement of the epidemic prevention and control measures, aimed at improving the scientific and precise prevention and control, and reducing the impact of the epidemic on people's lives and economic and social development. Therefore, the authenticity of the twenty new rules could be confirmed.

The new format of the KPL annual finals was divided into three stages: the group arena, the break out, and the knockout stage. The group arena was divided into two groups according to the annual points. The top six teams would enter the master group, and the teams ranked seventh to twelfth would enter the elite group. Each team in the master group would accept challenges from all teams in the elite group. The top four teams in the Master Division would directly enter the knockout stage and skip the Breakout Tournament. The same was true for the top team in the Elite Division. In the group arena stage, all teams in the master group had to ensure that the eight players on the player list played at least one small game in each match. There was no such requirement for the elite group. For this reason, the KPL Alliance had added a loan window between the end of the summer tournament and the start of the annual finals. Teams in the Masters Division could use this to rent players from teams that were not eligible to participate in the annual finals. In the Breakout Competition, the last two of the Master Group and the second to fifth place of the Elite Group would draw lots to fight against each other according to certain rules. The single-loss competition system of BO7 would be used. The three losers would be eliminated, and the three winners would obtain the last three knockout spots. During the knockout stage, the eight teams would draw lots to determine the first round's grouping. A double-elimination system would be used, which meant that each team would have a revival armor. The final KPL annual finals would be a battle between the champion of the winner's group and the loser's group.
