Take the teaching design of Niu Lei's rhythmic exercise "Ghost Step Dance" in Qilihe Town Central Primary School as an example: - In terms of teaching material design, the theme was self-made exercises (rhythmic exercises). The purpose was to strengthen the students 'physique and develop their physical fitness. At the beginning of the class, the students were allowed to warm up by creating a situation (with music), so that the students could quickly enter the role and participate in the classroom learning. Finally, the students were allowed to master the movement techniques. Through the game, the students were trained to work together, face difficulties bravely, and overcome difficulties. It also strengthened their willpower, fearless spirit, and competitive awareness. - Teaching goal: the cognitive goal is to let students know and experience self-made exercises. In terms of teaching reflection, taking the teaching of ghost dance as an example, the core of it was to cultivate children's sense of cooperation, reduce self-awareness and competitive psychology, let children complete simple tasks in a happy atmosphere, and improve teamwork and cultural accomplishment. On the whole, the introduction of the ghost steps into the school's gymnastics teaching was a manifestation of an innovative educational concept. The Ghost Steps had a faster rhythm and a larger amount of exercise than the broadcast gymnastics, which could stimulate the students 'interest. For example, after the Central Primary School of Zeyue Township in Xide County, Liangshan Prefecture introduced the ghost dance into the inter-class exercises, it combined the classics of Yi studies, the classics of Chinese studies, pop music and dance, etc., so that students could understand their own culture and exercise their bodies at the same time, change their mental outlook, and improve the school's atmosphere and appearance. However, in the teaching process, they should also pay attention to science, avoid unprofessional teaching methods, and prevent students from getting injured due to irregular movements or unscientific training. Read more exciting novels for free
