In David Szilagyi's Pokemon horror story, there could be a sense of isolation. The main character might be trapped in a desolate area of the Pokemon world with no way to call for help. The Pokemons in this area could be acting strangely, not following their normal instincts. There could also be a connection to an ancient Pokemon legend that, when awakened, unleashes a series of terrifying events. The story might also involve a struggle between the forces of good and evil within the Pokemon world, with the horror coming from the power of the evil side.

Well, without more details about David Szilagyi's particular Pokemon horror story, it's hard to give a full account. But generally in Pokemon horror stories, they often play with the idea of the Pokemon not being as cute and friendly as in the regular franchise. Maybe in this story by David Szilagyi, there are Pokemons that are used for evil purposes or there's a place in the Pokemon world that is filled with horror, like an abandoned Pokemon lab where some dark experiments were carried out on Pokemons.
