" My Science Dream Essay Contest 600 Words First Prize 1 " In every corner of life, science was everywhere. It was like a magical key that opened the door to a better life. Students, have you ever thought about the reason why the bird sleeps in the tree but does not fall? Why did Yan Qianniao brush the crocodile's teeth? How could a pigeon become a postman? Such questions are waiting for us to explore and find answers, and this process of exploration and search is science. We all have this experience. The air after the rain is fresh and pleasant, and the sky is clear and clear. Especially at dusk after the rain, there will occasionally be beautiful rainbows in the sky. So how did the rainbow form? This requires us to discover, explore, and research. In fact, the process of constantly digging, breaking through, and surpassing common sense was exploration, which was also science. Once, my parents took me to visit the Youth Science and Technology Museum. The rich scientific knowledge in the museum opened my eyes. As soon as I entered the hall, I was attracted by the scene in front of me and hurriedly ran over to investigate. It turned out to be a row of devices that displayed bird eyes, fish eyes, and insect eyes. I first looked at the world through my bird's eyes and found that everything had turned green. This was really amazing. Not only could my bird's eyes see things during the day, but they could also see at night. Then, he looked at the fish eyes. What it saw was the same as what the human eye saw, but its eyes could magnify the objects it saw. The fish eyes could discover microorganisms that the human eye could not see. Finally, the insect's eyes looked like countless mirrors reflecting the scene in front of them. It was dazzling. Upon closer inspection of the insect's eyes, one would discover that they were two large eyes made up of many small eyes. These were the so-called compound eyes. When insects were flying, they could quickly find food or enemies in front of them with their compound eyes, just like the big round eyes of dragonflies. The world in their eyes was so unique. This visit made me secretly determined to study hard and become a scientist in the future. I will invent many useful things for mankind and make our lives better. " My Science Dream 600 Words Essay Contest, First Prize 2 " In my scientific dream, I look forward to becoming an outstanding scientist. I will lead a team to carry out all kinds of cutting-edge scientific research in the laboratory. We use sophisticated instruments to explore the mysteries of the microscopic world and use innovative thinking to solve real-life problems. The results of our research will not only change mankind's understanding of the world, but will also contribute to the progress of human society. I know that it will not be easy to realize this dream. I have to put in more effort and sweat to overcome all kinds of difficulties and challenges. However, I firmly believe that as long as I persevere in pursuing my dreams and bravely explore the unknown, I will definitely be able to realize my scientific dream. My dream of science is not only my personal goal, but also my hope and expectation for the future. I believe that at some point in the future, this dream will become a reality. The amount of money awarded to an Olympic champion varies due to a variety of factors. At the national level, China's Olympic champion could receive at least 500,000 yuan in national awards; Hong Kong had the highest gold medal award of 1.21 million US dollars, silver medal award of 600,000 US dollars, bronze medal award of 320,000 US dollars; France, as the host of the 2024 Olympic Games, provided gold medal winners with a prize of 130,000 US dollars. Local governments would also provide rewards, and the amount varied greatly depending on the level of regional economic development and policies. For example, Zhangzhou in Fujian Province rewarded the Olympic champion with 1.2 million yuan, Yichang in Hubei Province rewarded the family of the gold medalist in the men's 4X100m medley relay with 600,000 yuan, Dazhou in Sichuan Province rewarded the family of the synchronized swimming team with 400,000 yuan, and Leiyang in Hunan Province rewarded the family of the silver medalist in the women's speed climbing event with 200,000 yuan. Huixian County, Henan Province awarded the bronze medal winner of the breakdance 50,000 yuan and so on. The Sports Foundation would also provide rewards for the Olympic champions. There were many ways for companies to reward them. Some gave cash (ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of yuan), some gave valuable items such as real estate and cars, and some invited Olympic champions to be brand ambassadors or provide long-term cooperation opportunities. The popularity of an athlete's event, their own popularity and influence, geographical factors, competition results, and breakthroughs would also affect the amount of bonuses. For example, the champion of popular events such as table tennis and diving would often receive more rewards. Athletes with high popularity would have more opportunities to increase the total amount of bonuses in terms of commercial endorsements. Athletes who made breakthroughs in emerging events might also receive more attention and rewards for their groundbreaking achievements. In addition, the World Association of Athletics decided to pay about 77,000 US dollars to each of the 48 gold medalists in track and field events in 2024, which also meant that the amount of the prize money depended on the athlete's event. In short, the amount of the Olympic champion's bonus was the result of a combination of factors. It had to be determined by the official announcement and actual distribution. While watching the Olympics, you can also read the wonderful novels related to the Olympics!
