The plot of the fourth episode of Dragon Ball Demon mainly revolved around Wukong and the others searching for the stolen spaceship. Due to the high concentration of air in the area, flying consumed a lot of energy, so they chose to walk. Along the way, they encountered and defeated some monsters, such as flying monsters and giant monsters. Gulario mentioned that he didn't know how to sense qi. When the three of them arrived at the restaurant, the lady boss introduced the effects of the medicinal worms. There were medicinal worms that could restore physical strength, treat burns, smooth skin, relieve headaches, and other effects. There was also a medicinal worm that could be divided into two. After eating it, the two of them could become stronger for a period of time, similar to the Potara earring. The restaurant owner provided them with flying seeds for a short flight. After landing again, Gulorio talked about the Demon World Dragon Pearl, saying that collecting three of them could make a wish, but it had always been guarded by the Demon World Warriors. So far, no one had defeated three Demon World Warriors at the same time to obtain the Dragon Pearl. The King of the Realm suggested saving Dandy first. Wukong thought that saving Dandy could also collect the Dragon Ball and make a wish to turn everyone back into adults. Gulorio proposed to save Dandy with the Dragon Ball of the Devil World first, and then use the Dragon Ball of Earth to restore everyone. Then the three of them came to the village and saw Goma's men collecting exorbitant taxes. After Wukong defeated them, he fled with the Realm King God and Gulorio. After escaping, he saw a girl wearing a mask in the village take off her mask. She had previously defeated Goma's subordinates with Wukong and the others. This episode also revealed that there were similar items in the main universe in the Great Demon World.
