Chapters and Release: Release days: Everyday Release time: 3pm UTC Status: Unedited. (Will edit after main story conclusion. Specifically from the start.) *** Synopsis: A fifteen years-old schoolgirl comes across a woman who was handing out leaflets for a confidential competition. Unknown to her, the competition took her out of Earth and into another dimension where she has to struggle to find clues behind why multiple worlds are having to be destroyed. The competition forces her to meet unknown entities who are both, good and bad. Sometimes, they would work for her and other times, they would work against her. The universe she goes to, causes her endless suffering until she finally solves the issue and head back to Earth. But that too, is of uncertainty. *** (Prologue) The dream of a child, is to grow up. While the dream of an adult, is to become a kid again. The dream of a poor person, is to be so wealthy and powerful, that the whole city would know their names. While the dream of a businessman, is to get the time in a day to sit and talk to his family for a second. Meanwhile, the dream of a missing or abducted person, is to go back home, to their family. And the dream of a teenager, is to simply be able to survive everything they are going through. Sometimes, people don't even know which category they belong to and move the way life moves them. Sometimes, they find a new path which leads them to even more difficulty. And in other times, they accept the hard truth, and choose to die. Thinking about the number of things that could happen instead, made her feel even more guilty for not listening to the advice of never wandering off alone. Now, she is homesick with extreme pressure of trying to grow strong, surpressing her from different direction. A normal fifteen years-old schoolgirl, comes across an opportunity to escape the hateful life she was leading. But the question is, was it really worst compared to the new life she was living? The competition grants her the things she wanted, but did it not have her pay the price for her choice? But of course, her reply would be, "I just accidentally joined it. It's no big deal compared to Earth." They are told that the worlds are all just novels they had read back at Earth, but if it were really true, why are certain things not matching with what seemed to be true in the novel compared to its world? As reckless she was, she got summoned into a different dimension where it was clearly uncertain whether she would ever be able to return back to Earth, to her previous life. But the more she got closer to Earth, the more the route got covered in blades. Turns out, the only way back, is to sacrifice the things that made her happy, and go on harsh adventures across the entire universe, while suffering threats from powerful enemies coming from the competition. (Author's note: I plan on making things more emotionally intense in the future.)

The white wolf at his feet suddenly transformed into a handsome man He clenched his fists and roared at the black serpent. "What's it to you?" The black snake spoke, its voice human-like. To assert its dominance, it coiled around her even tighter and flicked its tongue against her ear. "Can't you understand?" The man, burning with jealousy, grabbed the snake by the neck. "If you play like this, it won't be fun anymore." The black snake unexpectedly transformed into the handsome 858. The smoke cleared, and the two men were grappling with each other. The scene was extremely ugly. "How did they... turn into humans?!" Wen Meng couldn't believe her eyes. "So childish, still fighting." The big eagle spread his arms and hugged Wen Meng's waist from behind, resting his chin on her shoulder, greedily inhaling the fragrance of her neck. "Only beasts without confidence compete for mates." "Exactly!" The little bear comfortably rested its head on Wen Meng's snow-white thigh, rubbing its furry face vigorously. One of its paws was stretched out, and Wen Meng was trimming its nails. The little bear spoke in a soft, childish voice, "Not like me, I'm a good baby." I Failed at chanting, So I Rewrote the Source Code of Magic

I Failed at chanting, So I Rewrote the Source Code of Magic

In the Kingdom of Aethelgard, magic has stagnated. Spells are no longer cast by feeling the mana, but by memorizing thousands of lines of ancient, dead languages. The Academy produces "Reciters," not Mages. Elian was once a celebrated child prodigy. As a boy, he could light fires and summon winds just by willing it. But when he entered the High Academy, the curriculum shifted entirely to Rote Chanting. Elian, who found the mindless repetition agonizing, plummeted to the bottom of the rankings. Stripped of his glory, he became known as a "Grey Cloak"—an invisible, average student with a scrawny build and erratic grades. Despite his advisors begging him to switch to the "History of Magic" track to save his Track Record, Elian stubbornly enrolled in Structural Alchemy—the most brutal and theoretical major. He didn't do it because he was brave; he did it because he was an intellectual purist. He refused to waste his life memorizing history when he could be studying the actual mechanics of the universe, even if it meant failing. During the "Year of the Crystal Barrier," a magical plague forced the students to study remotely via scrying orbs. In this environment, where practical results mattered more than perfect chanting, Elian briefly shone. He became the shadow tutor for many struggling students, including Lara, a bright-eyed noble. Elian mistook her reliance on him for genuine connection, believing his days of invisibility were over. The illusion shattered when the Academy reopened. Lara, desperate to maintain her social standing, lied to Elian about a class gathering to keep him away, choosing her reputation over their bond. Elian didn't make a scene. He simply raised his emotional shields and executed a "Silent Severance," walking past her in the halls as if she were a stranger. Retreating further into the shadows, Elian found a new, oddball group of friends: a mute scholar and a gossip-loving Bard who hated adventuring. To cope with the pressure, Elian would sneak into the abandoned Clocktower at night to play his instrument. He remained completely oblivious to the fact that the Academy’s "Ice Queen"—the top-ranked duel mage—had begun sitting outside the tower to listen, captivated by the raw emotion in his music that the rigid chants lacked. When rumors of her interest reached him, Elian dismissed them as a cruel prank, convinced a "Grey Cloak" like him could never attract a Royal. Elian’s academic life followed a chaotic rhythm. He would coast through the semester, nearly failing, only to enter a trance-like state of hyper-focus days before the finals, intuitively rewriting spell structures to barely scrape by. Everything changed during a remedial session. A first-year student was sobbing, unable to memorize the 50-verse Chant for Water Manipulation. Elian, frustrated by the noise, sat down and drew a simple diagram. "Forget the chant," he said. "Imagine the mana is water flowing through a pipe. Just open the valve." He touched the student's hand, guiding the flow directly. The student cast the spell instantly, without a single word. Watching from the shadows was Archmage Valerius, the most feared researcher in the kingdom. Valerius realized that while the Academy was busy grading memorization, Elian had unknowingly mastered "Source Weaving"—the lost art of manipulating mana directly. Now, Elian stands at a crossroads. The Archmage has offered him a position in the Royal Research Division, a place for dangerous innovators. But to accept, Elian must overcome the crippling "Imposter Syndrome" that has plagued him since childhood—the belief that without the chants, he is nothing but a fraud.

A poem chanting snow
The following is a poem about snow: The cold wind pierces the bones, and the snowflakes fly The silver dress reflected the blue sky. The flowers fall, the frost and dew are all condensed Auspicious snow portends the return of a bountiful year. The earth is covered with snow It was as light as a dream. Fine as silk, dense as a net It covered all living things and was full of vitality. Snowflakes are falling down It was as silent as a white dragon. Drifting and dancing The world was colorful because of the snow. The cold wind blows the snowflakes A stretch of pure white was reflected in front of him. Auspicious snow heralds a bumper harvest and looks forward to it Even in winter, spring would come. This poem depicted the beautiful scenery of snowflakes flying in the cold winter. The poet used delicate strokes to describe the elegance and beauty of the snowflakes, while also expressing the expectation of the auspicious snow heralding a bumper year and the beautiful expectation in the cold winter.

Introduction to Taoist chanting
The introduction of Taoist chanting involved the contents related to chanting rituals. Firstly, chanting included chanting and singing. Chanting referred to chanting scriptures and chanting the holy names of Taoist gods and immortals. Gods and immortals were regarded as the embodiment of the supreme Great Dao. Chanting scriptures and chanting holy names was not only a salute to gods and immortals, but also a necessity for self-cultivation. Song praise was to praise the merits of gods and true immortals in the way of singing. The praise words mostly used four, five, six or seven words of gatha. The common ones were "Sanqing Bao Gao" and "Jade Emperor Bao Gao" and so on. In the early days of Taoism, the chanting of scriptures was straight recitation, mainly reciting Lao Tzu's Five Thousand Words. In the Northern Wei Dynasty, Kou Qianzhi, a Taoist priest on Mount Song, absorbed the Confucian ritual with music accompaniment and changed it to music recitation. After the founder of the Jin Dynasty, Wang Chongyang, founded Quanzhen Taoism, he established the temple jungle system, which stipulated that the Taoist priests must recite their homework every day. In modern times, the temple jungle formed a two-class system of morning class (5 - 7 o'clock) and evening class (17 - 19 o'clock). The functions of chanting scriptures include: chanting the precious letters of gods and immortals to express the pious heart of worshiping the Tao and worshiping the gods; Worshiping gods and immortals to pray for the extension of life and security, transcending yin and passing death; Through chanting scriptures, we can seek enlightenment, maintain harmony and help the power of Taoism. When chanting scriptures, there were certain etiquette and strict rules. For example, when chanting scriptures in the temple, the bell was used as the signal; before the opening of the scriptures, incense was burned to worship; Taoist priests were required to fast physically and mentally, dress neatly, and respond in unison. They were not allowed to whisper to each other or miss each other. At the same time, Taoism stipulated that on the days of the lunar calendar (Wuzi, Wuxu, Wuwu, Wuyin, Wushen, Wuchen), incense, scriptures, worship of gods, and fasting were not allowed. On the evening before the day of "E", the "E" sign must be hung outside the main hall to inform the Taoist community. The novel "Taoist Qianshan" is equally wonderful.
