Wang Dayi's performance at the poetry competition
Wang Dayi performed well in the poetry competition. She had started reciting ancient poems in kindergarten, and by the second grade, she could recite more than 1200 ancient poems. In 2020, she participated in the audition of the Weifang District of the "China Poetry Conference" and successfully stood out among many contestants. She represented Weifang City in the provincial competition. At that time, she was the youngest contestant when she had just entered primary school. When she and her father participated in the "Chinese Family Poetry Competition", the tacit understanding between the father and daughter was amazing. In the competition, they also displayed a good knowledge of poetry. For example, they could accurately answer questions such as "Four or five families in the smoke village" and "One, two, three miles in the smoke village". Their wonderful performance in the competition not only showed their talent in poetry creation and recitation, but also reflected their attainments in traditional culture.

How to write the composition for the performance of the singing competition in English
The following is an example of an English essay about a performance in a singing competition:
**"The Chorus Competition Performance"**
A chorus competition is always an exciting event filled with harmony, passion, and the unity of voices.
In the beginning, before the performance, there is a palpable sense of anticipation in the air. The members of the chorus are all dressed in their best, with bright smiles on their faces, yet there is also a hint of nervousness. They gather backstage, doing some last - minute vocal warm - ups, making sure every note will be pitch - perfect.
When it is time for the performance, as the chorus steps onto the stage, the spotlight shines on them. The first few notes are like a gentle breeze that sweeps across the auditorium. Each singer stands tall, their voices blending together beautifully. The lead singers' voices soar above the rest, guiding the melody, while the rest of the chorus provides a rich, harmonious background.
The choice of song is crucial. If it is a classical piece, it might bring a sense of grandeur and elegance. For example, a piece like "Hallelujah" can stir deep emotions in the audience. The chorus might start softly, with the voices gradually building up in intensity, like waves crashing on the shore.
The performance is not just about singing. The body language and facial expressions of the singers also play a significant role. They sway gently in unison, their eyes expressing the emotions of the song. A smile here, a look of solemnity there, all add to the overall impact.
As the song reaches its climax, the voices reach a crescendo, filling every corner of the hall. The audience is completely immersed, some with eyes closed, savoring the music, and others with wide - eyed wonder.
Finally, when the last note fades away, there is a moment of silence before the thunderous applause erupts. Whether the chorus wins or not, the experience of performing in the chorus competition is unforgettable, a celebration of music and the power of voices united.

An essay on extraordinary performance and normal performance
The information you gave is a little too little. If you want to write an essay about extraordinary performance and normal performance, you can do this. At the beginning, he said," Babies, have you ever thought about the difference between extraordinary performance and normal performance?" Then, for example, during an exam, some people would do well if they performed normally, while others would perform exceptionally like they were cheating. They could talk about the factors that affected them, such as their mentality and whether they were fully prepared. Then, there was the surprise that could be brought about by extraordinary performance and the sense of stability that came with normal performance. At the end, he said," Whether it's an extraordinary performance or a normal performance, as long as you work hard, it's fine. After all, hard work is the king."
