A Dance Competition The "Good Voice, Good Musician, Good Dance" competition on campus was coming. I had the honor to represent my class in this competition. This was the first individual competition since I transferred schools. The competition was held once a year, and all the students in the school could show their talents at this time. The scene was grand and the campus was filled with cheers. I had mixed feelings. I was happy that my solo dance video had been approved by the music teacher and passed the preliminary round. I was nervous that my basic dance skills were not outstanding and worried about whether I could perform normally on the field. Thinking back to the rehearsal time, no matter what the weather was, my mother would send me to dance school. In the past six months, I had done a lot of training. I did cartwheels, bent my waist, and split my legs countless times. My body was covered in bruises, but I completed the solo dance rehearsal under the guidance of my mother and teacher. The competition has started, and my program is in the afternoon. I changed into the Eighth Route Army performance uniform and waited outside the dance classroom after Li Wenting's mother helped me put on light makeup. Seeing the other students 'wonderful performances, I couldn't help but worry if I could surpass them. Before I went on stage, my palms were sweating and my heart was beating violently. I pretended to be calm but I could still hear my heartbeat. I could only cheer myself up in my heart. When it was finally my turn to perform "Little Red Army," I held a red-tasseled gun in my hand and posed. The music started to play and my heart beat very fast. Due to nervousness, I slipped and failed to lower my waist, but I maintained a smile and successfully lowered my waist again. Then, I steadied my pace and my body was no longer stiff. I focused on my performance and tried my best to make every move as smooth as possible. When the music stopped, I saw the smiling faces of the judges and bowed politely. After the match, I was calm. The result was not important. What was important was that I defeated myself. Later, when I heard that I had won the first prize, I was surprised and happy. I went on stage to receive the award. Through this competition, I gained the joy of success. There was also an essay about the dance competition: Dance Competition I got up at five o'clock on Sunday morning because I had to go to the group dance competition. After breakfast, I went to the dance studio. One of the makeup staff had already arrived. Then, I began to comb my hair and put on makeup. Two hours later, we were all dressed up beautifully, especially with heads shaped like little errand boys. I set off for Shenjiamen Primary School at around 8 o'clock. I kept thinking about the dance moves while I was on the bus. I was afraid that I would make mistakes in the competition, so I reminded myself to have both standard movements and good expressions. When we arrived at the competition venue, we went to Class 3 (1) to rest while the others competed. I relaxed a little and waited for the competition to begin. Time passed slowly, and my heart began to race again as we prepared. At the start of the competition, my movements were standard and my smile was natural. However, I was afraid that I would make a mistake, so I kept reminding myself to persevere until the end. After the competition, we won the first place in the primary school group. I understand that as long as I try my best, I can defeat and surpass myself. "The Latino Dance Competition" Sunday was the day of the latin dance competition. The performers were waiting at the school gate early in the morning. They should be nervous and excited. I took the bus to watch the match at noon. On the way, I wanted to know who would win first place. When they arrived at Lin City Stadium, they were dazzled by the sight of the adults and children of Team 7. We are the Yang Jianxin dance studio team. When it was our turn, I secretly cheered for them. The seniors danced methodically, tiptoeing, twisting their waists, and shaking their heads. Their movements were clean and neat, and they were extremely beautiful. When the song ended, I clapped hard. The other teams were also dancing very well, like happy butterflies. There were also university students. Although they were tall, they were very focused. Our team got fifth place at the end of the competition. The teacher said that the competition would be broadcast on Zhoushan Radio and Television Station. I'm looking forward to it. Read more exciting novels for free

In Douluo Continent, each Douluo Goddess had their own unique dance style. Xiao Wu had displayed endless charm in the process of growing up. Her figure was good, her appearance was high, and her body was soft, her dance was intoxicating. For example, when she fought Sea Star Douluo, she cooperated well with Tang San, fighting like a dance, and when Tang San opened the Deathgod Domain, the arena turned into an ice skating rink and she danced on the ice waltz, dodging attacks while counterattacking. Even though Bibi Dong and her daughter didn't have a harmonious relationship, their figures were superb, and when they danced, they became the center of attention. Zhu Zhuqing was a kitten like existence, and the social dance she had with Dai Mubai after she grew up was very on point, as if she was constantly teasing Dai Mubai's heart. Ning Rongrong was very lively, she and the cold Oscar danced a tango-like dance full of energy, very tacit. Shui Bing-Er came on stage to dance. Her dance was very beautiful, which was why she was loved by many netizens. If the Douluo Goddess individual dance competition was held, Xiao Wu's nimbleness, Bibi Dong and her daughter's eye-catching beauty, Zhu Zhuqing's unique charm, Ning Rongrong's vitality, and Shui Bing-Er's graceful dance would all be their respective strengths, making it difficult to simply judge who would be the final champion.
