Sedangkan hal yang tidak kita sukai hanya akan membuat kita merasa risih dan tertekan, terkadang itu juga bisa membuat kita merasa tidak nyaman. Begitu juga denganku. Ada satu hal yang tidak aku sukai di dunia ini. Aku tidak suka dengan apapun yang berkaitan dengan hujan. Aku yang berusaha dengan keras ini tiba-tiba saja merasa putus asa jika teringat dengan hal yang bernama 'hujan'. Bukankah seharusnya aneh jika ada yang membenci hujan seperti diriku ini? Disaat yang lain sangat mengharapkan turunnya hujan bagi kesuburan tanah mereka, ada juga yang berharap cuaca yang panas menjadi lebih sejuk setelah turunnya hujan. Ada yang menantikan sumur mereka terisi dengan air dari tetesan air hujan dan lain sebagainya. Aku hanya ingin hujan ini berhenti, sekali saja, cukup sekali ini saja. Aku seperti ingin menghentikan waktu. Jika saja hujan ini berhenti saat itu, mungkin aku tidak akan terlalu membencinya. Jika memang kejadian yang aku lalui ini tidak begitu berat, mungkin saat ini aku bisa tersenyum sambil berlari di bawah hujan lebat. Tapi, siapa sangka ternyata kejadian pilu malah terjadi dalam hidupku. Kejadian yang tidak pernah ku bayangkan sebelumnya. Kejadian yang akan meniggalkan luka untukku. Kala itu hujan tidak akan pernah berhenti membasahi diriku. Di saat aku berjalan, berlari dan terjatuh sekalipun yang aku lihat hanyalah air yang jatuh membasahi setiap benda yang ia lalui. Suram! Begitu suram hingga membuatku muak. Aku ingin berlari, aku ingin bebas dari genangan air yang seolah perlahan-lahan menyeretku ke dalam. Begitu dalamnya air hingga air itu seakan membuatku tenggelam. Tidak ada yang berusaha menolongku, aku begitu kesulitan untuk sekedar bernapas. Hingga kau datang kepadaku. Akankah orang sepertimu bisa membuatku bangkit dari genangan air kotor yang menenggelamkan tubuhku? Akankah kau mampu mengubahku secara perlahan? Jika memang kau adalah orang yang aku cari selama ini, maka datanglah. Tapi, apabila tujuanmu hanya untuk bermain, silahkan pergi. Aku bukanlah sebagai alat tempat bermainmu. Karena orang yang rapuh sepertiku bukanlah tempat yang cocok bagimu. Tinggallah jika memang kau adalah orang yang tepat. Jangan pergi jika kau merasa aku adalah rumahmu. Tetaplah tinggal hingga nanti istilah kau dan aku menjadi kata 'kita'. Hingga nantinya kita bisa menemukan kebahagiaan bersama saat hujan tiba. Menghapus luka yang begitu dalam tergores dalam hatiku.

It's not as easy as it seems to be a prince, especially when it seems impossible to meet expectations.
