Using a fish-eye lens to shoot beautiful women was a creative way of photography. Here are some key points: ** 1. Picture composition ** 1. ** Focus on a part ** - You can choose to get close to the model and make a certain part of their body, such as their eyes or hands, look especially big to get an interesting transformation effect. However, he had to make sure that the model was satisfied with the results. 2. ** Combined with the environment ** - It emphasized the architectural or environmental elements around the model. In this way, the model might appear smaller in the picture and be surrounded by the surrounding elements, which could capture more scene content. ** 2. Shooting Points ** 1. ** Using the lens 'characteristics ** - Fisheye lenses would produce barrel distortion. When shooting beautiful women, if you want to highlight the creative effect brought by this distortion, you can place the model in the center of the picture, because the distortion at the edge of the picture will be more serious. 2. ** Avoiding distortion interference (if needed)** - If you don't want the model's body to be overly deformed, you can place the model in the center of the picture as much as possible and maintain an appropriate shooting distance to reduce the degree of distortion to a certain extent. ** 3. In terms of creative effects ** 1. ** Special View ** - You can use the fisheye lens to shoot up or down to create a special visual effect. For example, if there were buildings or trees in the background, it would create a sense of height. 2. ** Capture the atmosphere ** - The super wide angle of view of the fisheye lens could bring more of the environmental elements around the model into the picture, thus capturing the entire environment. For example, in outdoor scenes such as beaches and forests, it could integrate the beauty with the surrounding scenery in a unique way. Read more exciting novels for free

The following is an essay reflection on the kindergarten nurses after the outbreak: ** I. Work adjustments and challenges ** The post-epidemic kindergarten care work is facing many new challenges and adjustments. First of all, in terms of health management, they needed to be stricter and more meticulous. Although cleaning and disinfection work had been done in the past, after the epidemic, the frequency and scope of disinfection in classrooms, activity rooms, and nap rooms had increased. For example, in addition to the daily disinfection of tables, chairs, and toys, more attention was paid to the circulation and purification of air to ensure that the children's environment was as sterile as possible. This was a test of the nurses 'stamina and patience, and they needed to spend more time on these tasks. There were also new developments in the psychological care of young children. During the epidemic, children's social activities were limited. After returning to kindergarten, some children showed social discomfort. Some children became more timid and introverted, unwilling to take the initiative to participate in group activities. This required the nurses to pay more attention to the children's emotional changes in their daily care and give timely comfort and encouragement. For example, there was a little boy in the middle class who used to be very lively. After the epidemic, he always hid in a corner when he returned to kindergarten. After I found out, I often played with his favorite building blocks with him, slowly guiding him to build with other children, and gradually helping him reintegrate into the group. ** II. Changes in collaboration with teachers and parents ** The collaboration with teachers had also changed after the epidemic. Teachers paid more attention to the integration of health knowledge in teaching activities, which required the nurses to strengthen their daily life. For example, in the hand-washing session, in the past, they might have simply supervised the children to wash their hands. Now, they had to cooperate with the teacher's teaching and explain to the children in detail why they should wash their hands carefully according to the seven-step hand-washing method, as well as the importance of hand-washing to prevent diseases. In terms of interaction with parents, parents paid more attention to their children's health in the kindergarten. The epidemic made parents more worried about their children's safety in public places, so when they picked up their children every day, they would ask in detail about the disinfection measures in the park and the temperature of their children. This required the caretaker to record the health information of each child in more detail and give accurate feedback to the parents. At the same time, we should also actively listen to the opinions and suggestions of parents. For example, if some parents want to increase the protective measures for their children's outdoor activities, we will make adjustments within a reasonable range. ** III. Future prospects and improvements ** Looking ahead, the work of the nurses needed to be continuously improved to adapt to the new situation. In terms of hygiene management, they should continue to pay attention to the latest recommendations of the health department and continuously improve the disinfection and cleaning processes. At the same time, they should strengthen their own health management knowledge to better deal with possible health problems. In terms of caring for children, more attention should be paid to cultivating children's psychological resilience and adaptability. For example, some Mini games specifically for social recovery and psychological adjustment could be set up in daily activities to help children better adapt to kindergarten life after the epidemic. Cooperation with teachers and parents also needed to be deepened. To strengthen communication with teachers and understand the health-related content in the teaching plan in advance so that they could better cooperate in the care work. For parents, online or offline sharing sessions should be held regularly to let parents know more about the work content of the nursery staff and the real life situation of the children in the kindergarten, so as to enhance the effect of the cooperation between the home and the kindergarten. Read more exciting novels for free

Here are some ways to use a 16mm lens: 1. ** In terms of composition ** - ** Using the Foreground **: Try to include the Foreground into the picture when shooting. For example, when shooting a landscape, you can use unique plants, rocks, and other elements as the Foreground to increase the depth of the picture and attract the viewer's attention. - ** Using Guide Lines **: Because the wide-angle lens has a wide viewing angle, it is suitable to use guide lines such as roads, rivers, bridges, and so on. These lines could guide the audience's line of sight from one end of the picture to the other, increasing the depth and interest. - ** Pay attention to the picture level **: Arrange the front, middle, and background well to ensure that the picture level is clear and the theme is prominent. - ** Special composition attempt **: You can try to shoot the scenery without the rule of thirds, such as splitting the picture into two halves to center the skyline. You can also try to shoot from a low angle to create an illusion effect. - ** Focus on the shooting corner **: Especially when shooting from an upward angle, pay attention to the shooting corner of the picture, use the line matching to attract the audience's attention, and guide them to the center of the picture. 2. ** Distortion processing ** - ** To avoid distortion when shooting **: The wide-angle end of the 16mm lens is easy to cause distortion in the picture. When shooting buildings and other subjects, make sure that the camera is in a horizontal position to avoid tilting and minimize edge distortion. - ** Post-production correction distortion **: After shooting, you can use the lens correction function of the PS post-production software to correct the distortion. 3. ** Shooting angle and distance ** - ** Try to shoot at a suitable distance **: Don't underestimate the shooting distance of the lens angle. When you first use the wide-angle lens, you may feel that there are few elements in the picture, but you will find that this is not the case in actual shooting. He could choose an object to shoot and shoot it with a different lens or focal length. Then, he could analyze how the space in the photo was distorted, the frame's geometry, and the changes in the content. He could learn to imagine the appearance of the picture in advance. - ** Shooting at different heights **: The height of the camera is very important. The same scene will be shot at different heights. When shooting from the ground, the higher the camera was, the more it had to be tilted down to bring it into the background. - ** Search for new perspectives **: Small changes in the position, tilt, or rotation of the lens axis will have a huge impact on the image. After finding the subject to shoot, you can shoot from different angles. 4. ** Aperture Usage **: The value of F/14 - 16 is more suitable for general shooting. It can show a clear sense of space and increase clarity. This was especially important if the object in the front was close. Try not to use a small aperture, such as F/18 - 22 aperture, which may damage the image quality. 5. ** Focus manipulation **: If you can't provide good clarity in the entire picture depth, you can take a few photos, change the focus point from the nearest position to the farthest position (modern cameras can do this automatically), and then combine these photos in Photoshop. This method is often used in macro photography and landscape photography. 6. ** Adapting to field of view and distortion **: When using a 16mm lens, the camera sees a wider field of view than the human eye, and you need to get used to the distortion caused by wide-angle lenses. For example, small things in the picture (such as small stones or plants) may become larger than the background. 7. ** Shooting theme application **: The 16 - 35mm focal length lens can be used for shooting scenery, architecture, indoors, portraits and other topics. Landscape photography allowed one to take in the vast mountains, lakes, and sky; architectural photography allowed one to take pictures of the entire building and show the surrounding environment; and indoor photography allowed one to cope with narrow environments. Read more exciting novels for free
