According to the information provided, the novel " The Rebel Blood War God " was recommended. The novel was about a young man who obtained the power of inheritance and the protection of a holy beast from his mother's relic. He defied the heavens and killed gods, achieving the supreme War God Dao. It's not exactly the same as the plot of the novel described in the question, but it also involves elements such as curses and defying the heavens. I hope you like my recommendation.

The Qimen Fate Theory was a traditional method of divination. It was based on the ancient divination system of the Qimen Dunjia. Qimen Dun Jia had three wonders (B, C, D), eight gates (Xiu, Shang, Sheng, Du, Jing, Si, Liang, Kai), and six gates (elements related to the armor of the heavenly stems. In ancient times, armor could refer to generals, and Dun Jia meant that generals would not be discovered under protection). The game contained the Tian Pan, the territory, the Nine Palaces, the Nine Stars, the God, and many other elements. It was essentially a mathematical model of time and space. In the Occult Gate Theory of Hits, one usually used the Time Plate Method to start the game, such as judging good or bad luck based on the results of the game. The key to this was to first determine the use of spirit, that is, to clarify the things to be asked. Different things used different spirits, and then the principle of mutual promotion and restriction of the five elements could be used to speculate. However, the Occult Gate Theory of Fate was only a traditional method of algebra. It had not been proven by science that it had supernatural abilities such as predicting the future. It was more of a cultural phenomenon and a manifestation of traditional skills.
