In order to draw the fourth Luffy in the King of Voyagers, as mentioned in the reference materials, it would cost 65 lottery draws (a total of 13,000 golden fruits) for each Strong's Wish. However, the number of fragments obtained in the lottery would vary, including a 50% chance of obtaining a fragment, and the probability of obtaining a top-grade fragment was even smaller (only a fraction of a second). During the lottery draw process, players could obtain fragments through continuous lottery draws and redemption of prayer books. For example, someone had used 69 lottery draws to obtain a fourth-gear Luffy. Read more exciting novels for free

I think it depends on personal preference. The manga might offer more raw detail, but the anime can bring the action to life with animation and voice acting.

The Luffy vs Doflamingo fight in the manga is a thrilling affair. It showcases Luffy's growth and determination as he battles against a powerful adversary. The action is non-stop, and the tension keeps building until the final outcome.

Luffy's fourth-grade Ape King Spear was one of his many moves. The Ape King Spear was a fourth-tier move that had undergone many upgrades. Its prototype was Luffy's original "Shoot at Random." The power of this move was much stronger than the rubber gun's random attack (head-on attack), the rubber Jet gun's random attack, the rubber elephant gun's random attack (three gears with the color of the armor), and the rubber eagle gun's random attack. Not only would Luffy enlarge his hands, but he would also retract his fists into his body to increase the power and speed of his fists. Then, he would randomly punch his opponent in one breath. The destructive power was very high. Those who could withstand this move would need to be at least as strong as the Three Generals and Three Generals Stars. The Great Ape King Spear had strengthened its power on the basis of the Ape King Spear. It was as if it had activated the third gear after the fourth gear, causing a qualitative change in its power. Luffy had used the Great Ape King Spear a total of three times. The first time was when Dresrosa was fighting against Dorenmingo. As Dorenmingo was difficult to defeat with ordinary moves, Luffy used the Great Ape King Spear to "KO" him in one move, freeing Dresrosa. The second time was during the movie version of Operation Fever. Luffy had used the Great Ape King Spear to its limit to deal with Barrett's Fruit of Fusion. However, Barrett, who was already on par with Riley when he was young, could only defeat Barrett's Fruit of Fusion with this move. The third time was when he used it on Kaido in the Kazuki Nation chapter. Luffy used 2nd gear, 3rd gear, and even 4th gear to attack Kaido, but the effect was not obvious. In the end, he used the Great Ape King Spear to attack the drunk Kaido. However, Kaido used the Thunder Eight Trigrams to counterattack. The Great Ape King Spear did not have any effect on Kaido, and Luffy was defeated by the Thunder Eight Trigrams. In terms of the domineering stance, the Great Ape King's Spear, which was imbued with a domineering stance, was slightly stronger than Sauron's Nine Blade Stream, which was imbued with a domineering stance. However, judging from the power of the move, the Great Ape King Spear did not cause any effective damage to the humanoid Kaido, while Sauron's "Nine Blade Stream" Asura could cut and injure the stronger humanoid Kaido. Judging from the burden of the move, Sauron's Nine Blade Stream was a blade technique that did not harm the body. Luffy's fourth gear had a certain risk, and the Great Ape King Spear had a greater burden on the body. When Luffy used it, the more lines on his body meant that the burden was heavier. In addition, Luffy's stamina consumption in the fourth gear state was high, and it did not last long. After he returned to his original state, he would enter a weak state. The armed color of domineering had a 10-minute cooldown time.

Gear fourth was a mid-flight skill in One Piece. It was a skill that blew air into the muscles to fuse the domineering aura with the fruit. The fourth gear was faster than the second gear, and it was more powerful than the third gear. It could also move in the air with the help of the elastic jet. The rubber covered in the domineering color of the armor could deflect all attacks, and it could also track the enemy when using the Orochi Fist attack. It was very powerful. The known forms of the fourth gear were: Jumper, Tank, and Orochi. The fourth gear debuted in the Dres Rosa chapter against Dofranmingo, but this state had a time limit and could not be used again for 10 minutes. " Fourth gear " was a new move that Luffy had developed in order to subdue those monster-like beasts during his two years of training. In this state, Luffy had a strong body and elasticity. Like a monkey, he could even fly in the air with elasticity. However, after entering the " fourth gear," he could not stand normally and could only use the elasticity of the rubber to bounce up. Moreover, the "fourth gear" could not be used for a long time due to the time limit and the large consumption of domineering power. Once you return to your original state from 4th gear, your body will be very weak and you will not be able to use your domineering aura again for 10 minutes. In the " fourth gear " state, Luffy could compress the muscles of his feet into his thighs and use the elastic force of his legs to hit the air, resulting in the effect of flying at high speed. He could also temporarily stay in the air, similar to the " Moon Steps " of one of the six forms. However, compared to Moon Steps, the flying speed of the fourth gear was much faster, and the turning in the air was more flexible. As Luffy became stronger, the duration of the fourth gear would also increase. When Luffy was in Dresrosa, the fourth gear could only last for about 20 minutes, but when he was on Cake Island, it could last for about two hours. Moreover, the side effects of the fourth gear were much smaller. In the game " Hot-blooded Airline ", the fourth-gear Luffy's PvP strength had been reduced. Some of the enemy detection mechanisms and attack range had been reduced. The initial charging times had been reduced, and the charging time had been increased. In the PvE aspect, Luffy was the leader of the current version of the game. The output efficiency per unit time was very high. Read more exciting novels for free
