The Second Male Lead Is My Contractor!

The Second Male Lead Is My Contractor!

Commissioned cover by: _whirtle (Instagram). Exclusively for this book! Athanasia Brown possessed the body of an extra character from her own novel, Ruby Alasdair. Ruby Alasdair is a woman who is very shy and afraid of other people. She never socialized and was always bullied by other noble women when she came to their tea party. However, Athanasia—or now Ruby—will avenge everything that the original Ruby Alasdair experienced. She would teach those noble women and everyone else in this world a lesson that she was the ruler, not them. Because she is the creator of this world. Ruby Alasdair wanted to change all the storylines she created when she was living as Athanasia Brown. She wanted to make the Graziano empire peaceful and devoid of any tragedies, as she wrote in the original novel. In order to do that, she needs someone's help. What's more, there was a nobleman, who kept chasing after her and wanted her to be his wife. A crazy stalker, who never stops disturbing Ruby's life. Surprisingly, Ruby never created a character like this in the original novel. “I want to make a deal with you,” Ruby said to Sylver Cielo. That man was the most feared and handsome Duke in the Graziano empire and famous for his cruelty and cold-bloodedness. "I want to marry you but by contract." "What will I get out of this deal?" asked Sylver Cielo, tilting his head and smiling coldly. “I have everything, Princess Ruby. Is there anything else you can give me?" Ruby is silent. She knew it wouldn't be this easy to ask Sylver Cielo to be her husband even if it was just a contract. But, Ruby can not give up. “You will get whatever you want. You just need to say what you want and I'll give it to you." Sylver Cielo grinned. Seeing that grin, Ruby felt that she had made a mistake. "You." Sylver Cielo pointed at Ruby Alasdair. He approached the woman and rubbed her lips with his thumb. "I want you, Ruby Alasdair." Dammit! Had she done a deal with a Devil? Why was Sylver Cielo suddenly so obsessed with her? And, why did Sylver Cielo's handsome and adorable son ask permission to call her ‘Mother’?

The Summoner & Contractor System

The Summoner & Contractor System

Rentaro Eccel, an eighteen-year old orphan, lived a rather ordinary life. Since young, he had decided to live his life by his own ideals, living a life of solitude with his few hobbies of enjoyment, while not harming those around him. As fate would have it, Rentaro finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Caught in a bank robbery, he makes the choice to sacrifice himself to protect a child from suffering the same fate of losing his parents and living a life of sorrow. Opening his eyes, Rentaro finds rebirth after death. He is transported into a world of cultivation with a system that will ensure he never lives days of solitude again, living with the Summoner and Contractor System and his new companions. Special thanks to silentscarlettt who created the cover. Up-To-Date Information/Stats posted on the novel: Grimoire of Twilight Goals: * After we reach 100 power stones, I'll upload 11–14 chapters a week. * I'll do some other goals as well for extra chapters, once we're closer to that. * Doing this kind of milestone system as motivation, seeing how it goes. Seems like an interesting concept. * I'd also appreciate any reviews, good or bad, for the sake of getting an actual rating on the story. Every time the novel gets 3 reviews, I'll upload an extra chapter. (Heavy Emphasis: The whole three reviews = one chapter isn't a continuous addition, just one time per each three, if that makes sense. After 1 chapter is given for 3 reviews, an extra chapter will only be given again upon reaching 6, then 9.). One other thing: This story is linked twice on here, I originally started the story in 2018. However, I didn't have the time to really give it a shot for a long time. So, here it goes now! I hope I can give you all an enjoyable read!

Contractor Horror Stories: How Can One Avoid a Bad Contractor Experience?
Check references thoroughly. Ask for at least three references from previous clients and actually call them. If a contractor is hesitant to provide references, that's a red flag.

Contractor Jobs Horror Stories: Share Your Experiences
In a contractor job horror story I know, a contractor was hired to paint a house. They did a very sloppy job. There were paint drips everywhere, and they didn't properly prep the surfaces so the paint started to peel off quickly. The contractor also overcharged for the job. They said it was due to unexpected expenses, but it was clear they were just trying to make more money. The homeowner had to hire another contractor to redo the whole painting job.

What are the key elements in general contractor success stories?
One key element is good communication. General contractors need to communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. For example, if a client wants a specific design change, the contractor must be able to convey this to the relevant parties quickly. Another is efficient resource management. They should know how to allocate manpower, materials, and equipment properly.
