A family moved into a new house. At night, the youngest son, Timmy, started to hear strange noises coming from the attic. Every time he told his parents, they thought he was just having nightmares. One night, Timmy couldn't take it anymore and decided to go to the attic himself. He climbed the stairs, and as he opened the attic door, a cold wind blew past him. He saw an old rocking chair start to rock on its own. Then, a face appeared in the window, a face with hollow eyes and a gaping mouth. Timmy screamed and ran back to his room, never to go near the attic again.

A group of friends went to an old, dilapidated amusement park that had been closed for years. As they walked through the rusty gates, they heard the faint sound of carnival music. They followed the sound to an old carousel. Suddenly, the carousel started to spin on its own. The horses on it looked menacing. One of the friends, Mike, got too close and a horse's head snapped at him. They all ran towards the exit, but the path seemed to keep changing, trapping them in the haunted amusement park.

Moonlight, figure, near grave. Under the moonlight, I saw a figure near a grave. It was hunched over, as if doing something strange. I could feel a sense of dread wash over me. I didn't want to get closer but I also couldn't look away, fearing that it might notice me if I made any sudden moves.

Once upon a time, in an old, creaky house, a young girl heard strange noises at night. She hid under the covers, but the noises grew louder. When she peeked out, she saw a shadowy figure at the foot of her bed. She closed her eyes tight and prayed. In the morning, it was gone, but she could never forget that terrifying night.

Foggy. Woods. Howl.

I woke. In the mirror, a face not mine.

There was a dark forest near my town. I ventured in one day. The trees were so thick that the sunlight could barely penetrate. I heard strange noises, like something was dragging itself through the underbrush. Then, I saw a pair of yellow eyes in the bushes. A huge, wolf - like creature leaped out. I climbed a tree just in time. It circled the tree, growling, for what seemed like hours. Finally, it disappeared into the shadows, leaving me trembling in the tree until dawn.
