Havoc(XX)

In the dystopian future where iron rules everything, the act of paying certain people to act of your bidding is the main course of action when it comes to solving your problems. Killing your business rivals, assassinating certain politicians, committing acts of terrorism, even murdering your own family so that you can inherit the family business, these people will accept anything if you have enough money on the table. These people are scumbags, the lowest of the lows. Mercenaries. But only a certain people are even able to stand atop all these mercenaries, people who are not "only" human. People who can manipulate things to their advantage, breaking the laws of the world. Rulebreakers. Out of all the mercenaries, one comes out on top. The crème de la crème, the best of the best. The one who has killed over five thousand people in a year. His identity is unknown. People of the underground world even refer to him as only an urban legend, as they only saw the glimpse of a man leaving the scene with a trail of blood and smoke. The people gave him the nickname, "The Numbing End", "The Reaper that None Knows", or simply "Death". But even with his elusiveness, people still hunt him nonetheless, searching every nook and cranny to find even a single trace of his whereabouts. Whether to employ him or kill him, everyone has their own agenda as to why they are searching for him. And Clarke is most definitely one of them. An aspiring mercenary trying to make a name for herself, Clarke is searching for "Death" to kill him, which will make her reputation in the underground world rocket.
