Chase was an ordinary teenager. he worked for his grandfather and was mostly a shut in with a few friends. On his way from school one day he saw his grandfathers shop on fire. He burst Into the shop and sacrificed his life to save his grandfathers. When he awoke he was infront of a demon who granted him a choice to go to another world. the only condition was that he had to offer 2 souls every 2 weeks. He was granted a demonic system and was sent to the land of Xandrea where his journey would begin. [you must kill in the next 24 hours to survive!] ******* Chase exited the school building with a yawn and a stretch. "it's only been 1 week of after school studying and I'm already sick of it" He walked across the school yard, sluggishly. The school yard was empty and the sun was setting in the distance. it was a cold day, the leaves from the trees were scattered acrossed the school yard. He walked while humming a tune. 'I wonder if Charlie is still waiting for me at the shop' he turned the corner and continued walking down the street, it was a peaceful day, the loudest thing around was the crisp breeze that stung a little. it was almost ominously quiet. He walked for around 10 minutes before he turned onto the shops street. the shop was only a few hundred feet down the road, not quite within eye shot, but today was strange. there was large smoke that erected from above the shop that was clearly visible. Chase was a little stunned, 'every building here has fire places, but is that a normal amount of smoke? I wonder if something happened, or maybe Tommy set off smoke bombs in the street again..." "HEEELLP!!!!" A distant scream pulled Chase from his thoughts. "that was Charlie, I wonder what's wrong" Chase began to run to the smoke, he ran for around 3 minutes before he arrived at the scene. all of his neighbors had gathered around the outside of the shop, they looked despondently at the burning building "Chase! Thank God your here, your gand father is still inside the building, we tried to put out the fire, but nothing worked" Charlie was covered in ash and burns, it was evident that he atleast tried to help Chases grandfather. "what! he's still inside! where are the fire fighters at" "they haven't arrived yet, we did all we could" With tears in his eyes Chase ran towards the front door. "where are you going, you can't go in there alone. you'll die!" Chase slammed into the front door, he bounced off of it, he used his shoulder to ram into it over and over, the door broke inward with an unwilling creak and slammed into the wall. "Grandpa!" Chase put his hood over his mouth and tried to shield his eyes from the smoke that burned his throat. "cough, cough", there was a faint coughing noise coming from upstairs, it sounded like it was in the study room. Chase bolted up the steps, they were unstable and most of them were already burning, he tripped and his foot even fell through one, but he quickly recovered. he made it up the steps and barged Into the study. He saw a small figure in the corner with cloth wrapped around his face. "grandpa!" the figure didn't respond, Chase scooped him up and ran down the stairs, if the steps were unstable and hard to walk up before, they were nearly impossible now, with another 150 pounds on his back, he made it halfway down before tumbling down the stairs. he was able to throw his grandfather closer to the doorway before he hit the bottom. His vision went blurry, the smoke that was burning his throat so badly seconds before didn't seem to hurt anymore. he saw his grandfather get dragged out of the building before he heard a loud crash and everything went black. What if the world you lived in wasn't real. You may ask "what would that make me" It is not to say the people are fake just that they are led to believe the world they live in is real and they are almost correct. It's just the world we live in only has the smallest amount of reality. Meaning there are worlds with higher amounts of reality. This is the Story of a boy who dies in a most ridiculous way that he sees through the world's reality by the sheer disbelief in the way he dies. He is then granted access to a higher reality and rewarded for being the first person to REALIZE. MC's powers are based on Reality and include: the ability to change it(based on level of mc) this includes things like time or space or anything based in reality. so basically if it exists it can be effected by MC the ability to see through it(MC can see through any illusion or unreal thing and can identify anything that is real through sight) the ability to break all things based on realism AKA destroy logic(this is intended to be a ultimate move, it can basically destroy any existence or modify the existing reality like changing the sky's color or creating something out of nothing or adding abilities. this ability will have heavy restrictions like cost or cooldown. All other skills will be based off or retrieved from above skills
