Its purpose is to let the worlds beyond know of the Human Empire—an empire that does everything it can for the survival of mankind—and to show other worlds what true despair and fragile hope look like. Everything from the Warhammer world was projected into the myriad realms. Ring the bell once! Pull the lever, start the piston and pump… Ring the bell twice! But at one point, while Elias was helping with Heath's troubles, he spotted a man who appeared lost, walking across the street in traffic, yet was somehow never hit.
