There are thousands of Naruto fans creating fanfictions, and this one could be by anyone from an amateur writer just starting out to a more experienced fanfic creator who wanted to do something different with the Naruto and Scarface concepts.

One idea could be a crossover where Naruto is transported to Scarface's world and has to navigate the criminal underworld while still holding onto his ninja values. Another could be a story where Scarface somehow gets the powers of a ninja from Naruto's world and uses them in his rise to power. A third idea is a story where a character inspired by Naruto exists in Scarface's universe and tries to bring positive change to the crime - ridden area.
