Jiang Xiaobing was a citizen of the People's Republic of China. He was a spine specialist and an attending orthopedist. He was a professor of spine orthopedics at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He was the academic successor of Professor Liang De. He was also a young and middle-aged innovative talent of the Chinese Medical Association, a young scholar of Zhujiang, a winner of the May 4th Youth Medal of Guangdong Province, and an outstanding young talent of the Guangdong Association of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.

Jiang Xiaobing was good at many fields. In the treatment of spinal diseases, he was good at traditional Chinese medicine conditioning, tone-conditioning and bone-setting techniques, and his surgical techniques had reached the international advanced level. He had independently carried out cervical and cervical spinal arthroscopic surgery earlier, and the number of surgeries performed by the chief surgeon of spinal minimally invasive surgery was among the top in the country. He was also a member of the European Society of Spine Surgery, the vice chairman of the Youth Committee of the China Society of Geriology and Geriography, the standing committee member of the China Society of International Exchange and Promotion of Health Care, and the member of the Orthopedics Committee of the Chinese Medical Association's Society of Lung Cancer. In addition, he served as the director of the Spine Surgery Department in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. He was a second-level talent of Nanshan Scholar of Guangzhou Medical University. He also won the third prize of the 2014 Chinese Medical Association Orthopedics Academic Conference Paper Competition and the second prize of the 2019 China Society of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine Science and Technology Progress Award (the first person to complete it).
