However, the law enforcement team of the environmental protection bureau also faced many challenges. At present, many enterprises 'environmental protection concepts have not been fully established. They may face greater resistance in their work and work intensity. For example, they need to crack down on the act of secretly taking photos, and they should deal with the inspection and implementation of the environmental protection inspection team. Moreover, when carrying out work on key regulated enterprises, it was easy to have problems such as repeated inspections and multiple law enforcement, which would affect the production efficiency of enterprises. Can the environmental protection bureau be converted into a civil servant establishment
The staff of the environmental protection bureau could be transferred to the civil service, but they had to meet certain conditions. Common ways include taking the civil service examination. The age and other conditions must meet the requirements and the service period must have expired or there is no limit to the service period. The unit must issue a certificate of consent to apply for the examination. After being transferred, the unit to be transferred must have an empty staff, a college degree or above, and have been employed in a level eight management position for more than two years. The age must be below 45 years old. During the general election period, if you are a staff member of a township enterprise, a secretary of a village party organization, a candidate, the first secretary of a village, and a member of a village support team, and meet the requirements of a college degree or above, an age of no more than 45 years old, and an excellent grade in the annual assessment,(The conditions in different regions may vary), and they can be elected to the township leadership team to become civil servants. There are also those who perform particularly well in their work and meet the relevant conditions and policies. They may be transferred to civil servants, but this is relatively rare and requires a high level of personal performance, ability, and comprehensive quality. However, the reform of public institutions did not mean that the establishment of the environmental protection bureau could be directly transformed into the establishment of civil servants. Read more exciting novels for free
