Exempting each other from photoshoots

Answer 1

A photo shoot was a form of shooting that did not incur any fees during the shooting process. It could also be understood as a collaboration between two parties to learn from each other and make progress together to create a work. The following points are important when taking photo shoots:

** 1. Initial preparations **
1. ** Photographer **
- He should make a plan in advance, find a reference sample that would produce the desired effect (which could be obtained from Shrimp Auction, Bilibili, Little Sweet Potato, Weibo, etc.), and determine the general direction of the shooting.
- He analyzed the composition elements in the sample, including the model, clothing, makeup, hairstyle, props, background, and so on. He also considered the light source.
- Before filming, they had to reconfirm if the filming location could complete the entire filming task.
2. ** In terms of modeling **
- Prepare a clear front and full-body photo without too much makeup and post-production so that the photographer can confirm the facial features and head shape in advance and find a good angle during the shooting. You can also send your own case work to the photographer.
- If you want to know more about the style, you can go to Shrimp to take photos and refer to professional models.
- They had to coordinate their costumes and makeup in advance and arrive at the filming location on time.

** II. Benefits **
1. ** copyright **
- Photographic works were protected by the copyright law. Under normal circumstances, if the two parties did not agree on the ownership of the copyright, the photographer or photography agency would be the owner of the copyright. The mutual exemption of the contract was essentially a kind of commissioned service contract relationship. When there was no contract to agree on the ownership of the copyright, the above principles should be followed.
2. ** Portrait rights **
- Natural persons enjoy the right to portrait, and have the right to make, use, publicize or permit others to use their portraits in accordance with the law. In the mutual exemption contract, even if it was taken for free, without the consent of the portrait right owner, the photographer could not use or publicize the portrait of the portrait right owner by publishing, copying, distributing, renting, exhibition, etc. The mutual exemption contract agreed by both parties to "shoot", not "send".

** 3. Auction Platform and Ways to Find a Partner **
1. ** Platform Selection **
- Shrimp Auction was a multi-purpose platform. Photographers could find their favorite models, and models could also find their favorite photographers. They could also share their works on the platform to learn and improve their skills.
2. ** Find a way **
- If you want to make an appointment at the last minute, you can choose social platforms such as WeChat photography group and mutual encouragement group to post a message in time to explain the requirements clearly.
- If you want to avoid the need to take photos of gourmet restaurants or online celebrities, it is recommended to go to Little Red Book to post a post to explain the shooting requirements. You can also directly search for local photos and privately chat with the poster owner.
- If you want to take a photo shoot or create a new style, it is recommended to look for it directly in a relatively professional model group or Weibo.
