Fan Xian's first wife
In the original story of Joy of Life, Fan Xian only had one wife, Lin Wan 'er. Lin Wan 'er was the daughter of the Prime Minister and the illegitimate daughter of the Eldest Princess and Minister Lin. Fan Xian had saved her from the assassination attempt on Niulan Street. Later on, the two met in the temple and decided to marry each other. She was suffering from consumption. In order to treat her illness, Fan Xian exchanged their respective tokens.
