The 17th Prince of Kangxi was Aisin Gioro Yinli. He was the 17th son of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty. He was born on March 24, 1697 and died on March 21, 1738. His mother was Consort Chun Yu Qin. After Yinli was born in the thirty-sixth year of Kangxi, he was successively granted the title of King Guo and Prince Guo. He also held the management position of the Fan Yuan and the three treasuries of the Ministry of Revenue. He was ordered to assist the government before Emperor Yongzheng died, and after Qianlong ascended the throne, he served as the prime minister of the Ministry of Justice. Yin Li did not have any children, so his stepson Hong Yan was appointed as the heir.
