Is Zhang Songwen's new drama,"The Lonely Boat" good?
There were different opinions on whether 'The Lone Boat' was good or not. From the feedback of some viewers, there were many problems with the show. In terms of the plot, there were some unreasonable aspects. For example, the protagonist Gu Yizhong was too resourceful in the enemy camp and could easily escape every time he was arrested, while the underground party was afraid of grass and trees and easily suspected his comrades. In the performance of the actors, except for Zhang Songwen, the performance of the other actors was unsatisfactory. The protagonist played by Zeng Shunxi was student-like and lacked calmness. The relationship between the heroine and the protagonist was awkward. Although Zhang Songwen's acting skills were good, he had few opportunities to appear as an important supporting role. In terms of clothing, the female characters 'clothing styles were messy, and the archaic buildings lacked the style of the Republic of China. However, the drama also had some achievements. It topped the 34th week of 2024's Cat's Eye TV Series effective broadcast weekly chart and Cat's Eye TV Series popularity weekly chart. It reached the top of both lists and topped the TV Series effective broadcast weekly chart for three consecutive weeks. By the end of the show, the number of effective broadcasts on the entire network had exceeded 1 billion. Had he not watched enough of Long Lovesickness 2?
