Penguin Hats Teaching Plan and Reflection
The following is a lesson plan for the middle class penguin hat: ##1. Teaching objectives 1. Let the children understand the characteristics of penguin hats and stimulate their interest in hand-made. 2. Cultivate children's hands-on skills, such as cutting, sticking and other fine movement skills. 3. Stimulate children's creativity and imagination, allowing children to design independently during the production process. ##2. Teaching preparation 1. The penguin hat had a number of physical objects or pictures to show the children the appearance of the finished product. 2. The materials used to make the hat included colored cardboard, scissors, glue, double-sided tape, decorative balls, colored pens, and so on. 3. A display board for teaching. ##3. Teaching process ###(1) Introduction (5 minutes) 1. Show the penguin hat in kind or picture to attract the attention of the child. Ask the children,"Children, what does this hat look like?" Guide the child to answer like a penguin. 2. "A penguin is a very cute animal that lives in very cold places. This penguin hat can also make us very warm in winter." ###(2) Production process (20 minutes) 1. Making the Main Body of the Hat - First, each child was given a colored cardboard (the child could choose the color). The teacher demonstrated how to cut the cardboard into a circle (you can fold it in half before cutting it into a semicircle). This circle will be the top of the hat. Then, he instructed the child to operate the scissors by himself and pay attention to the safe use of the scissors during the operation. - Next, he handed out another longer piece of cardboard. The teacher demonstrated how to roll it into a cone shape and fix it with double-sided tape. This was the body part of the hat. When the children were making, the teachers would go around to guide and help the children who were in trouble. 2. Penguin Element Added - Cut out the shapes of the penguin's wings, eyes, and mouth with black cardboard. First, let the child observe the picture of the penguin, then cut it himself and paste it on the appropriate position on the hat. - The children were provided with furballs and allowed to paste the furballs on the hat as penguin decorations. For example, a large furball was pasted on the top of the hat as the penguin's head, and small furballs were pasted on both sides of the brim as the penguin's ears. - Children are encouraged to use colored pens to paint the penguin's mouth, eyes and other parts to make the penguin more vivid. ###(3) Show and share (10 minutes) 1. Let the children wear their own penguin hats and show them to the front. 2. Children were encouraged to share their ideas for making hats, such as,"Why did you stick penguin wings here?" "What do you think is special about your hat?" ###(4) Summing Up (5 minutes) 1. To summarize and evaluate the children's works and praise each child's creativity and hard work. For example,"Every child's penguin hat is very unique. Some penguins have big wings, and some penguins have cute eyes." 2. It emphasized the fun and importance of craftsmanship and encouraged children to continue to develop their creativity in future activities. ##Teaching Reflection: 1. ** Success ** - During the teaching process, the children showed great enthusiasm for the penguin hat. The introduction phase could quickly attract the attention of children and stimulate their interest by showing real objects or pictures. - During the production process, most of the children were able to actively participate in the various steps, especially when decorating the penguin hats. The children used their imagination to make each hat unique. - The demonstration and sharing session gave children the opportunity to show their achievements, enhancing their self-confidence and ability to express themselves. 2. ** Inadequacies ** - Due to the difference in children's hands-on ability, some children were not skilled enough when cutting cardboard with scissors, and teachers needed to spend more time guiding them. In the future, some simple paper-cutting exercises could be added before class. - In terms of material preparation, although a variety of decorative materials were provided, some children might want more materials to further decorate the hat. Next time, they could consider preparing more diverse materials, such as colored ribbons, small beads, etc. - In terms of teaching time, the production process took a little longer than expected, resulting in the final summary segment being a little rushed. In the future, he needed to arrange the time for each segment more reasonably to ensure the integrity of the teaching process. Read more exciting novels for free

The writing style and storyline of the book were excellent, and the image of the heroine was vivid and unforgettable. Especially the author's description of the female lead chasing her dreams, it was deeply touching. Even though this book was not as cold as the other one, it was still a good book. It's not the readers 'thoughts, but the author's own thoughts. Good, good, waiting for updates It's hard to imagine that this is the author's first article "Doomsday Super Nanny":"Doomsday Super Nanny" is a very interesting novel. What kind of plan was this?
Double pay, guaranteed guarantee, outright purchase, signing fee, and other rewards were a compensation plan for literary writing. It was often called a " writing incentive plan " or a " creative incentive plan." These measures were designed to encourage authors to create more excellent works and provide them with a certain amount of financial security. The double remuneration referred to the author's remuneration multiplied by two times as an incentive. The guarantee meant that the author's work would receive a certain amount of royalties regardless of whether it was published or not. Buyouts meant that the author's work was purchased by a publishing house or an online platform to obtain the full copyright income. The signing fee referred to the author's royalties and publishing fees after signing a contract with a publishing house or online platform. As for the reward for the author's work, the author would receive a certain percentage of the author's fee and the fee for the purchase. These programs could effectively motivate authors to create more excellent works, improve the quality and popularity of their works, and provide readers with more excellent literary choices.
