Being immersed in comics or movies doesn't necessarily mean escaping from reality. It's an art form that can give people temporary happiness and relaxation. It can also help people relieve stress and anxiety. In these works, people could experience different life experiences and emotions to obtain a virtual comfort and sense of belonging. However, if people were addicted to these art forms and ignored the important things in real life or treated these virtual experiences as real life, it could become a way to escape from reality. Under such circumstances, people might lose control of themselves and feel lost and helpless. Therefore, although immersing in comics or movies could bring short-term happiness, it was not a healthy way to escape from reality.
