Why do I always feel that I'm the only real one and everyone else is fake?
This was a very common psychological state known as egocentrism. Cultivate social skills: By establishing connections and interactions with others, you can better understand the needs and feelings of others and reduce egocentrism. 4. Self-exploration: By exploring your own interests, hobbies, and values, you can better understand yourself and reduce your tendency to be egocentric. Egocentrism is an unhealthy mental state that can negatively affect a person's life and health. Cultivating social skills and exploring oneself by accepting the differences between oneself and others can overcome egocentrism and create a more positive and healthy life.
