If someone liked to criticize others or even point out their shortcomings, then blaming others might not be a good choice. If we can understand each other's thoughts, then we can communicate better and find a solution to the problem more easily. In addition, we can also try to seek help from a third party. Sometimes we may encounter some difficult problems, but it may be more effective to seek help from a third party. A third party may be able to provide us with some useful suggestions or help us coordinate and solve the problem. In short, when we encounter criticism, we can try to take some other ways to solve the problem instead of blaming others.
