What is engineering training in university?
Engineering training was an important teaching and practical activity in universities. It could be carried out by relying on the comprehensive engineering training and teaching platform of various universities. For example, the National College Student Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition was a national college student science and technology innovation practice competition organized by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education and the relevant committee. The purpose was to deepen the experimental teaching reform, improve the engineering innovation awareness, practical ability, and teamwork spirit of college students, and promote the cultivation of innovative talents. In terms of practical operation, when students from the mechanical engineering department of some universities participated in engineering training, they had to go through preparation, design, production, processing, and testing. In addition, engineering training centers in different universities bear corresponding functions, such as the engineering training and management experiment center of Chongqing University of Technology. The teaching staff of the center actively explore, solve problems, and accept the research and guidance of the school leaders. This also reflected that engineering training was an important part of the university teaching system that needed continuous development and improvement, and needed multi-directional support and cooperation. At the same time, a book named " Engineering Training " was published. These books provided support for engineering training from the theoretical level, explaining the classic mechanical processing methods and process principles of metal materials. Read more exciting novels for free
