Food sharing in kindergarten union activities was a form of activity that promoted the interaction between teachers and staff and enhanced team cohesion. In some kindergarten food sharing activities, the teaching staff would prepare their own special dishes and bring them to the event to share. For example, in the Food Show of Xinluo District Dongcheng Central kindergarten, the teaching staff of the administrative team, the big class, the middle class, the small class, and the logistics team made potato braised beef brisket, Longyan dumplings, braised tofu, bitter gourd scrambled eggs, sweet and sour fish, and many other delicacies to share. These delicacies were not only rich in taste, but also had a certain nutritional value. For example, braised beef brisket with potatoes could help improve the body's resistance to disease, and scrambled eggs with bitter gourd could clear away heat and detoxify. Another example was the food sharing activity of the Shengzhou Future City kindergarten union. The teaching and administrative staff showed their skills in the activity to make special dishes. While enjoying the food, they felt the happy atmosphere and enhanced mutual understanding and friendship. These activities not only allowed the staff to taste all kinds of delicacies, but also allowed them to relax their bodies and minds in the midst of intense work and enjoy a healthy life. Read more exciting novels for free

If your baby is bullied in kindergarten and doesn't dare to fight back, you can help your baby in the following ways: 1. ** Establishing a psychological advantage **: Let the baby understand that being bullied is not his fault, but the other party's wrong behavior. Return the justice and fairness that belongs to the baby to him. This will help the baby feel relieved and prevent the baby from feeling that he is weak and incompetent. They could even discuss with the baby how to help the bully correct his mistakes. 2. [Self-contained aura: Teach the baby to bravely say "no hitting" to the child who bullies him when he is bullied. This kind of firm attitude may make the bully afraid.] 3. ** Language Strategy ** - ** Reminder **: Tell the baby that if he is pushed or hit, remind the other party first,"You can't push (hit) people like this. This is impolite behavior." This was because many of the children's unfriendly behaviors might be unintentional. Such a reminder might make the other party stop the inappropriate behavior. - ** Verbal counterattack **: If the other party continues to be rude after the reminder, teach the baby to raise his voice and tell the other party,"If you continue to be like this, I will find a teacher." Raising the volume will help the baby increase his confidence and better deal with problems. 4. ** Ask for Teacher's Help **: For introverted babies who don't know how to deal with the above methods, asking a teacher for help is a good choice. The baby could tell the teacher about being pushed or beaten by other children and let the teacher educate the other party. 5. ** Self-defense skills ** - ** Danger Avoidance **: Teach the baby to avoid the attacks of other children. When encountering a child with a stronger attack, you can stay away from him. At the same time, use picture books, video animations, storytelling, etc. to let the baby remember how to protect himself. Train the baby to learn how to protect himself, so that he can quickly protect the important parts of the body when he is attacked. - ** Simulate confrontation **: Let the father and the baby have a simulated confrontation at home. Whether it is a quarrel or a fight scene, let the baby win a few more times and build confidence. Only then will the baby have the courage to fight against others. 6. ** Parents 'attitude ** - ** Stay calm **: When the baby is bullied and tells the parents, the parents must remain calm. First, ask the baby where it was hit, whether it hurts, and help the baby rub it. Then, understand the cause of the matter and find a solution with the baby. To avoid being overly nervous, so as not to magnify the baby's negative feelings and affect the baby's objective description of the facts, at the same time, the parent's calm attitude can help the baby build a sense of security and learn to deal with things calmly. - ** Avoiding reprimanding **: Don't reprimand the baby for being "useless." After being bullied, the baby hopes to get the understanding, comfort, and help of the parents. reprimanding will only make the baby feel that the parents don't love him and lose trust in the parents. Read more exciting novels for free
