How to write a good reflection on the teaching of a high school
To write a good reflection on the teaching of a high school, you can start from the following aspects: ** 1. Teaching philosophy ** - It was clear that the talent training goal of the high school was to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, and it was necessary to reflect on whether the teaching concept had changed from emphasizing theoretical teaching to practical skill training, and whether it had changed from emphasizing logical "cognitive" education to "situation" infection. He had to consider whether he was working hard to cultivate students who were ambitious, virtuous, talented, and responsible. He had to think about whether he had paid attention to cultivating students 'abilities such as moral emotions, social interactions, mutual cooperation, knowledge integration, and self-innovation. He also had to think about whether he had differentiated and customized teaching, so as to encourage students to develop good learning, understanding, and behavior habits. ** 2. Teaching design ** - The considerations of starting point and ending point: the teaching design affects the teaching purpose, tool configuration, method selection, learning effect evaluation, etc. It was necessary to reflect on whether the students were consciously guided to cultivate their practical ability in the classroom; whether the selected teaching materials met the teaching needs of the higher education; whether the typical cases and practical training were used to analyze the content of the course; whether the frequency of interaction with the students in the classroom was appropriate and effective, and so on. Through reflection, the practical and applicable teaching design plan should be explored. ** 3. Teaching process ** - Analyzing teaching based on students 'performance: analyzing the students' welcome to the course from the students 'class rate, analyzing the recognition of classroom teaching from the classroom head-raising rate and nodding rate, analyzing the internalization of teaching effect from the timely completion of homework, right and wrong rate, and passing rate of exams. In addition, the teaching process should be refined based on the teaching structure, and the corresponding teaching methods should be matched according to the type of knowledge. For example, the narrative knowledge could be matched with the five-step classroom teaching method of "organizing teaching, reviewing old knowledge, teaching new knowledge, consolidating new knowledge, and assigning homework". The professional skills courses that focused on the program knowledge and supplemented by the narrative knowledge could be matched with "action-oriented, task driven, and project teaching methods". ** 4. Teaching feedback ** - Pay attention to multi-party feedback: The main body of teaching feedback includes department supervisors, teachers, students, etc. The content covers teaching attitude, preparation, organization and interaction frequency, classroom explanation, teaching difficulty, teaching methods, content, progress, effect, etc. Taking the assignment as an example, it was necessary to choose a more efficient teaching method to improve the teaching effect through the feedback of the students 'homework. ** 5. Teaching Value ** - Focus on ability development: The value of teaching in a high school includes the development of students 'professional abilities and key abilities. Professional ability training should integrate professional standards into teaching content to improve students 'employment competitiveness; key ability training should focus on the development of students' potential and the improvement of professional quality to make them become professionals with sound personalities. It was necessary to reflect on whether theoretical teaching, practical teaching, and internship were regarded as the three main bodies of education and teaching. ** 6. Basic teaching skills ** - Pay equal attention to basic and professional basic skills: The basic teaching skills of teachers include basic skills such as preparing lessons, attending classes, marking homework, tutoring, and examinations, as well as professional basic skills such as professional language, teaching methods, and skills. At present, there are some problems in the basic teaching skills of the teachers in the professional high school, such as paying more attention to the specialty than the foundation, being able to explain more, having less hands-on operation, using more materials, and having less comprehensive understanding. Before the class, he needed to prepare the teaching materials, teaching methods, students, and teaching aids. He needed to do a good job in each class according to the five links of "organizing teaching, curriculum introduction, new lesson teaching, after-class summary, and homework arrangement" to improve the teaching level. ** 7. Teaching methods ** - Adaptability and implementation steps: There are many teaching methods, such as case teaching method, cooperative learning method, inquiry teaching method, etc. Each method has its own adaptability. For example, the case teaching method was suitable for courses in the fields of medicine, law, management, engineering, and so on. However, if the case did not come from the real situation, the teacher would lack the experience and skills to lead the case discussion, and the effect might not be good. Teachers should choose appropriate teaching methods based on the curriculum, students, teachers, and teaching conditions, and find the implementation steps of the selected teaching methods. ** 8. Teaching materials used ** - To use the teaching materials better: to "understand, digest, and refine the teaching materials" in order to play the best role in teaching. Teachers should accurately position the position and role of the curriculum in talent cultivation, accurately grasp the central idea of the teaching materials, and transform professional knowledge and professional skills into comprehensive teaching content through material selection, organization, and processing to make the teaching materials more scientific and reasonable. In addition, they could also start from the overall teaching process, review the teaching design, think about the problems and highlights in the teaching process, and give improvement measures. When writing about the shortcomings, consider from an objective point of view whether the existing teaching resources support the teaching method, whether the gender and physiological differences of students affect classroom participation, etc. Analyzing the teaching effect, finding out the influencing factors and improving them. Pay attention to the analysis of the classroom atmosphere, student participation, classroom interaction and other details. At the same time, they should understand the feedback and suggestions of students on teaching, pay attention to their learning situation and needs, and use them as the basis for improving teaching work. They should also think about how to stimulate students 'interest and enthusiasm in learning and improve learning effects. Read more exciting novels for free
