The value of a celebrity was multi-dimensional, and it still had a certain "value" in today's society: ** 1. Commercial Value ** 1. ** Form of Commercial Value ** - The commercial value of celebrities was reflected in many aspects. From the perspective of endorsements, some celebrities relied on their popularity and image to attract many brands to cooperate. For example, the brand that Xiao Zhan endorsed could cause heated discussions. Although he was only ranked second in the commercial value ranking of male celebrities, he was still the target of the brand. In the business arena, the evaluation of a celebrity's commercial value involved a combination of factors such as influence, brand image, and social value, rather than just relying on the box office revenue of the performing arts and the number of fans. For example, some celebrities, even if their works were not top-notch at the box office, had a good image and actively participated in public welfare and other social activities, which would also have high commercial value. - In terms of value, male stars such as Tony Liang and Chan Chan were worth billions or more, which reflected their value in the business field being recognized by the market. It might be due to the popularity and influence of their works accumulated in the entertainment industry over the years. 2. ** Uncertain factors of commercial value ** - However, the commercial value was not completely stable. For example, Cheng Yi did not rank first on the list of male celebrities 'commercial value, which meant that even stars with potential might face fluctuations in commercial value evaluation. The competition in the entertainment industry was fierce, and the business stage was complicated. The development of celebrities, public opinion, and image changes could affect their commercial value. ** 2. In terms of social value ** 1. ** Positive social influence ** - Celebrities could play a role in building social trust. They had high credibility and could guide the public and make people confident in society. For example, the older generation of celebrities like Qin Yi cared for the younger generation and showed love. This positive image helped to build social trust. - Celebrities could transmit positive energy and bring different experiences to the public in terms of knowledge, skills, charm, and many other aspects. At the same time, they could transmit positive messages such as love, returning to society, and fighting spirit to inspire the public. They were also advocates of art and culture. They used art to express their emotions and culture to convey information, promoting the progress and development of culture and art. 2. ** Existences of controversy ** - There were also some cases where the luxurious life of some celebrities caused controversy. For example, Huang Xiaoming's 140 million yuan mansion in Chengdu triggered discussions about whether he had taken on the corresponding social responsibility. In addition, some celebrities might have inappropriate behavior or negative news, which would also affect the public's judgment of the overall value of the stars. In general, celebrities still had value at the moment, but the measurement of this value was complicated and was affected by many factors and was in a dynamic change. Read more exciting novels for free
