Great story and world building. But MC character isn't my favourite. classes and skills are the best I have seen in any novel. keep going forward.

I'm currently at chapter 19 and have trouble going on for the same reasons . Please, could you tell me if the Mc becomes more interesting in the future ?

No. MC is actually an idiot with plot armour and unnecessary involvement in other people's business . MC dreams of creating an organization with high power in the game world so he involve with some messy and dangerous people. But he always escaped with dumb luck. Except MC the game elements are top class.
