The story seem lacking.the author makes essos seem weak and small and didnot have proper knowledge of GOT and how reality work. You should read Game of Thrones : The Norther Realms to get the feel of got.

Writing quality - It has a few errors in the chapters but its easily ignorable or you may not even notice them. Stability of Updates - Its about once a week, which for a kingdom building novel is not anywhere close to enough. Especially since the chapters are REALLY short and sometimes have very little going on in them. Story development - In 13 chapters so far id say the story has advanced plenty. BUT this is entirely because of time skips and has nothing to do with the actual writing. Basically the chapters are the MC doing something minor like a tournament or summoning characters or thinking about his plans again and again. Then the story has a time skip and all of a sudden he has a fort built or a spy network all around or a deal done with MAJOR characters. Basically all the things we wanted to read about were summoned up in a checklist after a time-skip and the things we don't actually care about or effect the story majorly are mentioned (though even then it is in very little detail). Character Design- There isn't much to say about the character, he isn't bad nor good. We know little about his past but that honestly is fine. We don't see any character development probably because the chapters are too short to pull something like that off. Or maybe its because the System does EVERYTHING for him. I wouldn't be surprised if the system has a character he can summon to wipe his behind. Due to the system being OP we never see the MC do anything worth while. Maybe when the MC gets his kingdom this will change but I bet it will only cause the system to become MORE OP. World Background - Its the GOT world so its already built for him so its hard to mess this up. And he doesn't mess it up, he seems to know what he is talking about. He did add more population into the world which I like very much and hopefully this has a Major role in future events. Overall - Its worth a read and wont take you more than 2 hours to get through all the chapters so far (if you are a slow reader and like reading the wiki when he mentions locations and people to learn more).

A Time Traveller's Guide to Feudal Japan

Do people chase greatness, or does greatness chase us? A.I. genius, Gengyo, through the assistance of SAPPHIRE attains the means to time travel. He seeks a simpler life, and wishes to experience the warmth of a family. But often we do not get what we want, we get what we deserve. And his peaceful times soon end, as war storms Japan, and in order to protect his peace, he must conquer. Join Gengyo as he walks a blood-stained path toward absolute domination, seizing control of Japan. //Brief extract from one of the battle scenes. Written from the point of view of a samurai landowner, Niwa Nakatane. The hooves grew closer to Nakatane's position and their beating hearts grew faster. Perhaps they could simply remain like that, hiding behind the tree, and allow these barbarians to pass? That way could they not return home to their families? Could they not give their dear wives one final kiss, or share one final story with their enthusiastic youth? Nakatane knew exactly what they were thinking. And as the ground rumbled, and the mounted beasts howled, he was the first man to step out from the trees and make his stand. "OORAH!" Possessed by a furious energy, he thrust out with all the aggression of a war god, puncturing Ochi's stallion through the chest with the sharpened wooden point of his lengthy spear. The mammoth fell from his mount clumsily, his head colliding with a nearby tree root. He ceased to move, and a pool of blood began to form around him. "ARM THESE SPEARS MEN! VICTORY SHALL BE OURS!" He stood in front of the charge of over 150 horsemen, alone. But he did not give a single inch of ground. He met the charge of the next man in line, roaring vengefully, possessed by all the rage and power that had accumulated in his body over these past years. The horsemen shrieked like a pack of hyenas, fanning out, each eager for a piece of the man who had brought down their leader. //I did not create the book cover.
