Think about these underwhelming but overpowered skills . 1) Memory partition and acceleration 2) Observation haki is OP in Naruto . 3) Perfect chakra control

Your story is dope. I just wish everythint wasnt so clustered in one paragraph. Try creating a new paragraph each time one character is dialogue, and one idea should be its own separate paragraph if that makes sense.
