I know this ain’t your novel but I still like to say this story is off putting. Especially this sentient sword arc. I liked the fact that the character personalities are on point but that sentient sword is just too much. That whole “training” arc was bad. Darkness masochistic personality was main point in that arc which I don’t like that much. I guess this is just me. Maybe there are some people out there who might like it but it just ain’t for me.

Agreed, I tried to give this a good read, but the training arc just kept getting worse and worse... Not to mention I really didnt like how aqua came with him... It seemed forced and really didnt fit in with anything else hes done since then. In other words, training arc with Darkness being overly annoying and lets admit it, with how he is supposedly somewhat strict, anyone would not allow a person who cannot hit a wall straight infront of them into a party. If you were playing an mmorpg and your team consisted of a healer useless at anything but that, and a OP mage with extremely high physical capability and magical capabilities you wont bring in a useless crusader who deals no damage and simply makes your healer now have to waste more MP to heal them as well if they get damaged which they will because they cant kill or even stun the enemy. Its stupid and if I was in his location I would ditch her and probably even aqua, but most likely I won't have to ditch her because I would never have even thought of bringing her with me much less voicing it out. I would leave a review on this novel but i know that I may be somewhat biased and would leave a 1 star review so I just wont and let other people make their own opinions after reading the story....
