Fair point, but in the supernatural world scars represent "survival" of either an adversity or a tough opponent. They're either a source of pride or a badge of shame. After all if they don't want them there surely is a way to remove scars for the members of the supernatural community.

I'll get to the ins-and-outs of the refined template in the next chapter.
